Been here before when it was all guys but now it's all woman. They are amazing, the service was A1 and if more stars were available I would leave them. After a rough morning, Darcy and Alivia truly turned me and wife day around taking care of us with real deal genuine customer service. Thanks guys, I highly recommend out of any enterprise in the area.
Love love Alivia. She’s courteous and very professional she made my experience wonderful made sure I was ok with the car and maintained a professional manager indeed. My husband and I love Enterprise in Wilton Manors. We will always use them because they are close by and the prices are really affordable. The staff and customer service are wonderful too. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Wilton Manors.
Not a happy camper! I was in the process of dropping my car off to be repaired, and my insurance company made arrangements with Enterprise to get me a car. I'm at the repair center about to drop my car off. As directed, I was told to contact Enterprise, and they would pick me up. For 30 minutes, I called Enterprise with no answer besides the standard company's recording The repair center was preparing to close in 30 minutes so I asked the guy if I could drive over to Enterprise to see what was going on. There's an older male at the counter who states that she's helping another customer. While the phone is ringing off the hook. By this time, I am getting upset because the repair company is about to close. So the only clerk comes in telling me that her colleague had to rush out for an emergency understandable, but she was the only one there. The pickup person got off at 5pm, and he did not even inform her that he was leaving. She proceeds to tell me that I can walk from the repair company back to Enterprise because it's right up the street. I immediately gave her a side eye and walked out. I would look like a darn fool walking down the street with all the things from inside of my car. I definitely will not use this Enterprise location on any rentals that I may need in the future. I'm only using this location because of my insurance company. Get it together, Enterprise!!!
I had a reservation at a different Enterprise, and when i went to pick the car up, they said they didn't have anything available yet. I called around, and 3 more Enterprise's said the same thing. This Enterprise called ME back because they were closed when I called them, and Nick said, "Come on over, I got you!" When I got there, the process was quick, fast, and easy. I loved the vehicle, and the customer service was excellent. This is the ONLY Enterprise I will rent from for now on. Thank you, Nick!
Staff always tries their very best to serve customers well. But they never have the car you reserve. Again staff gets you in some sort of other car or. Upgrade Update to my review after last rental. Thanks to an extraordinary employee olivia working there I have to praise her service to us and all the others on a very busy labor day weekend.
Please stay away from this rent a car. I rent a car from enterprise, the same day I rent the car I bought my sunpass I put $50 on it. After 2 weeks they take $44.36 on my account. I called them I tell them I used my transponder on the car. They told me to send them the receipt. I did, they never refunded my money. They just playing games with me never received any money from them. I rent cars from them every week,now the lose me as a customer. I'm not going to rent car from them anymore

The manager, Johnny was awesome! A lot of people were needing to rent a vehicle because of the massive flooding we had this week. Understandably they were only taking insurance claims because of this. So needless to say there were a lot of irate people. Johnny maintained his composure and remained professional. Kudos to Johnny!
I made my reservation on the phone & the representative checked all the availability & she reserved me a full sized car for pick up. I got to the location & they laughed at me & said they have no cars available at all. They said there's a wait list for people needing cars. I questioned why they would book a specific car for me, a Chevy Malibu full -sized car when there's no inventory? They replied the just book online & you find out the inventory when you get to the location. Now I have spent money on an Uber to get here & another one to get to another car rental company & a child who I need to pick up from school in an hour. Horrible service by Enterprise.
