First let me start by saying Christian was great. He was very help and had so much patience with us as my mom had a lot of questions. I rent from here when I need rental cars and I’m always satisfied with their service
Amazing branch! I went to 4 different branches in the LA county and Leonard and his team were great with fast service, good availability on cars and super kind! This is my second time I choose this location and they do not fail. No doubt and no comparison with the other branches.
Leonard was great all around with my customer service experience, I was visiting town for a few hours and he happily helped me and every customer after me . I’d recommend asking to speak with him if you need a car
Very poor service. Came in today because unfortunately some one attempted to steal my car which resulted in me having to come to this location to rent a car and I only came to this location because it was closer to my home. Which I should’ve just went to the Torrance location because I feel like customer service would have been better. I go inside this location we’re I see two employees huddled up I wait for about a min just to see if some one was going to say hello or even acknowledge me. Still nothing ! I finally said hello then they finally said something back then after me having to speak when I’m a customer I still was not helped! No one said I will be right with you I was just standing there. I had to take matters into my own hands and ask another employee who has already been helping customers which is very unacceptable. I will never come to this location again. I work in customer service so to be treated like this is very unacceptable and this location lacks customer service the employees need some training on proper service and making sure that all of their customers needs are met. The guy came to apologize way after the fact but still customer service is very important I take pride on getting great reviews and giving out great customer service when I’m at work I feel like everyone should do the same. Thanks you !
We go here often and the customer service is above all the rest! There is a woman named Jackie who is always so helpful. She is young, bright, kind, and extremely patient! Jackie will work with you at 10 minutes to close and never seems to be bothered with last-minute rentals. Thank you for the great service Jackie!!
Easiest rental process that I have ever done! Vehicle was delivered to me at a mechanic nearby. Everyone was helpful, friendly and checked on me weekly to make sure I had the best experience possible. I recommend them and I will definitely rent from this office again.
Costco customers confirm your rate before you sign. I’m giving this location a 3 because they attempted to overcharge me when the Costco rate was significantly lower. I had to show my email as evidence.
I’m pleased overall with everything I have no complaints very good customer service this is why I always use enterprise even when I travel
Best service, I was in and out. Didn't even know that location was there. Will be using their services in the future.
Overall, I am pleased with the service they provided, except for a few issues. The first being they don't accept cash payments or can charge you weekly. Meaning, they can only charge you upon closing the contract returning the vehicle. Also, it was extremely difficult obtaining my receipt from them 2 weeks later. Lastly, they don't offer any type of monthly or weekly rates, which suck if you need to rent long term. Had the vehicle 19 days and ended up paying much more than expected, unfortunately.
