The staff was very helpful. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly. Would highly recommend them if you need to rent a vehicle.
I doubt that anyone ever has a good experience with Enterprise. Enterprise is one of those companies that you are forced to use either by absolute necessity or because your insurance company makes you deal with them. They are the most expensive rental company and they seem to provide the least amount of customer service and quality. Not only did they not have the class a vehicle that I was guaranteed on the phone so instead of a full-size SUV I drove around in a minivan that had scratches all over it and sounded like an armored tank, the employees are the absolute worst. You would think that they owned the entire fleet of vehicles themselves when in reality. They’re probably making three dollars above minimum wage trying to make you feel insignificant and like a peasant. when I called to complain about the vehicle that I received in the condition that it was in the regional manager got back with me, and. Instead of treating me with respect she fell right in line with the local office staff treating me with such disrespect that not only that I never recommend Enterprise to anyone I would never ever use them again. So glad that car sharing and all these other options are becoming available so we can put a stop to these companies price gouging everyone. And it is hopeful that one day companies like this will be out of business because enterprise isn’t just enterprise. They own all the other rental companies as well so if at all possible, we should try and find a company that is not under the parent company of enterprise if you need to rent a car.
We rented the vehicle on June 9th. There was dog hair and hay all over the third row seats. They told us to bring the car back on June 17th at 10pm...they even filled it out on the paper they gave us. We took it back at 9:30pm and left the keys in the drop box. They charged $99 because "it was turned in late". The employees kept telling us the initial rental would cost a different amount when we called and had to talk to different people. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. We'll use other rental services from now on if we ever have rent another vehicle.
I just had an emergency where I needed a last minute rental with some unusual specifics. The manager and staff at the store were incredible and made my accommodations easy, and I’m really thankful for their help. 10 out of 5 stars!

The car I rented was super nice and it's always nice to be able to drive a 2021 car to drive fancy lol the staff that helped me were super polite and friendly! Always get great cars and great service here!
Reserved a car online for Friday morning to be picked up in Grayson KY at 9am. When I arrived to get car there was a note on the door saying due to staffing shortages they was closed till Monday and to call the Ashland office. WHAT? I called the Ashland number and got someone that was not from here. She told me I could drive to Ashland and see about a car. Or I could call them at the number I dialed that got her. I explained that my ride couldn't take me to Ashland and asked if a car could be brought to me to fulfill my reservation, she told me if it was possible it would be a 2 hour wait minimum! Are they kidding me? Needless to say I went to Austin's car lot in Grayson and rented a very nice car for quite a bit less and from much friendlier and responsible business! That's the only place I will rent from in the future! Side note while at Enterprise I noticed a nice little Honda that had Texas tag on the rear and a West Virginia tag on the front! Did not surprise me since they didn't honor my reservation, did not supply a reasonable solution, or do anything to solve the issues they created. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this substandard location
Up till today dealing with a certain one or two people, This location for enterprise was pretty much top notch but I believe a few promotions has taken the few good employees this location had, I had a reservation. I was supposed to pick up an SUV today, but was told they didn’t have any and that I would get a call back by the end of day if they got one if not, I would have a car no matter, so I waited till end of day and called them, when I called I was treated like I didn’t have a reservation and had t talked to anyone and then They told me that I was a no call no show and gave it away. My biggest problem was they offered nothing, the guy in the phone was acting bothered by me,told me there was nothing they could do with a no call no show that maybe Thursday I would be able to get some type of ride, I would have been fine with a solution or suggestion to check the airport location which is what I did on my own, have a hard time going to this location again, I’m a small business owner and need to be able to depend on a place like this, This almost cost me big, it took time I did t have and I had to pay someone to fallow me to get the other car and pay for fuel, I’m updating this review, I know things happen and I never give a place only one chance, The fellas at the airport location did awesome they had my reservation and had the car ready and cleaned up waiting on me, I will absolutely give Ashland another try when needed but I can’t afford for this to happen again, So I apologize for the 1 star review, I’m goin to bump it up to 3 mainly because this is the first time in the last two years it’s happened
I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Top tier status even! Here recently, the customer service has been AWFUL. The new manager “Stone” has done me wrong, and therefor taking my business elsewhere. He’s very rude, and uses his authority to the extreme. Never have had an issue for years until now.
I have rented a car from this place 2 times in the last 30 days. Customer service was exceptional in my opinion. Not all rental cars will be perfect as I found out. However, they do make sure the car is in great running condition so you don't run into any issues on the road. The other thing about renting a car I did not realize is cars come and go out of the shop, and the staff will generally not know what they will get back or when they will get it back. It's a bit of a tricky situation for the staff, but they did well in my case. I took what they gave me and drove away.
