Peter, the store manager, was so helpful with our rental.  He knows his inventory and pricing plans so well and he was able to get my family into the right vehicle.  I also commend him for his leadership as all of the staff at the Ferndale location were a pleasure to deal with.  Thank you Peter and the team, we will surely refer all of our family and friends to your location.

Great place and great staff!   Everything went smoothly.  Worked with David.  What a great guy!  Was cool but professional.  All the other staff were great too.  Will definitely rent here again someday.

I've always just used Enterprise because the Insurance Company would send me there. Service was okay before. But this experience was the best customer service I ever received.  Mr. Cheeseman was the best. He knew how to make the experience relaxing. When coming to get the rental, checking on me during the rental time, to me bringing back the rental. It is now the rental office that i tell my friends and family about.  He definitely reads people! Best personally for the job. If I ever need another rental not because of insurance this would be the office i prefer. Thanks!

Excellent experience at Enterprise Ferndale.  Alexis Assistant manager was incredibly helpful and professional.  By far the best experience I've ever had at a vehicle rental facility.

I received a rental because of an car accident.  So I upgraded by $5 more for a better vehicle. So they started calling asking for the difference every week. So I looked into my bank account and they just took the money without my permission.  They put this Jessica person on the phone whom I never spoke with talking about they've been trying to call me, her attitude was very bad. I don't recommend anyone every doing business with them.  I won't be!!!!!!

I made my reservation online, last minute. Pick up was fast and easy. Andrew was extremely polite and professional. I noticed a Ding in the lift gate after I had left the office, before I had an opportunity to call about it Andrew texted me just as a follow-up so I was able to tell him about it. No problem. And when I advised him I would be about an hour late returning the rental he again was helpful and accommodating. I always use Enterprise at the Ferndale location and this was by far my best experience and it was 100% due to the staff.

Rented a minivan for a ladies' weekend away, customer service was fantastic and the vehicle was perfect for our use.  Caitlyn and David, thank you both for being so helpful!

You just don't get customer service like this anymore. My car was totaled, so I had to get a rental. So you can assume how terrible my day was going. But the kindness and warmness displayed made me feel a little better. Like seriously.

The Detroit location wasn’t able to accommodate my reservation at the last minute so I had to go to the Ferndale location. The weren’t as welcoming especially being that was my very first time visiting that location, as well as they seemed to a little annoyed with me asking questions about the price difference or any other questions plus the vehicle wasn’t as clean !!

Excellent customer service. I was involved in a hit and run accident and this place was absolutely amazing with helping me with a rental and were more than accommodating of my needs during the process.
