Do not use the app to book on or at this place. They will call you a hour and a 1/2 before pick up and tell you they're overbooked. I do not have anything available. The bad customer service at this branch. Never had this problem any other branch. Maybe the app should tell you when someone doesn't have a available car at their brand it does not. Let you book it, thank you. Have a car ready to go pick up. And you get a call saying oh, sorry, we don't have any available.
I hit a deer with my vehicle and elected to get a rental with Enterprise in Hornell, NY. I had a very positive experience with this branch! They worked hard to find a vehicle that worked for me, the check out/check in process was very easy. They were polite and very responsive and when I had one issue with the rental return they resolved the situation immediately. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
In the middle of a pandemic and they are renting out cars that haven’t even been clean. Shameful.
I got rear ended on 06/14/2022 and should have a rental through my insurance claim and here it is 06/23/2022 and I still have no rental. I was told I would have one on 06/21/2022 but that obviously never happened. Stuck at home with my two small children because they “can’t find” me a vehicle to rent. I am the least bit impressed and my Insurance company is also not impressed. This happened last year 2021 when I booked a reservation 1 month in advance to go on vacation and the day came to pick up the car and they magically didn’t have one. I don’t understand how this company is even in business.
Great service! The workers were very polite and pleasant. I had an incident where my husband's iPad was left in the rental unintentionally I'm ashamed to say, but it was almost a whole week! I called and inquired about it and I am happy to say the iPad was returned to us! There are still some people that allows God to work through them! Thank you!
Absolutely terrible. They don't answer the phone. Office is closed from 3-4 every day, even though the hours are until 5pm. No follow up on any of my questions. I'd rather walk everywhere for a week than have to deal with this place again to get a vehicle. UPDATE: I returned my rental vehicle 2 weeks ago, and they still have not returned my deposit.
I was met at the repair shop by enterprise. They had a car ready for me and I was on the road within 15 minutes:

Dealt with an Andrew who said he was in charge of the office. I made reservation online through enterprises website for a vehicle for a same day rent and return. I had a confirmation number and receipt from enterprise, a confirmation email with a link to pay ahead and give all of my payment info along with my drivers license info, which i used. I has a strange feeling and decided to call the location for pickup to confirm and he could see the reservation but didn't have the vehicle I had already confirmed, he told me he would look into it. After several hours i checked in having gotten no response and got another employee who said no problem we can take care of that for you we have another vehicle you can use so we should be all set, he then put Andrew back on the line and Andrew was very passive aggressive and showed no interest in taking care of our confirmed reservation. He then stated he couldn't help us because the type of card I had on file wasn't good enough for them as its a debit/credit card with a 25k limit. Instead of asking to use another card of which I had 2 others that are strictly credit cards one with a 5k limit and the other with a 15k limit, he just stated he couldn't help us and became sarcastic, I decided to hang up on him. Poor customer service!
These guys are awesome! The manager was very helpful and the prices are fantastic : very pleased with their service. He gave us an upgraded vehicle with no extra charge! Very good people working there with caring hearts
