In June'22, I booked a premium sedan and it was not available on the day of pickup. The representative promised me to replace with a standard SUV at the same price I reserved the premium sedan. But I was charged at the price of standard SUV and not at the rate of premium sedan. Its a big fraud. I reached out to customer care and emailed the branch manager but no response.  In May'22 I returned the vehicle after hours and the branch had a key drop off option. I also informed prior to picking up the vehicle. I was initially charged for 1 additional day which was reverted back after talking to the branch manager. But, it is clearly another scam as the original intention of the branch is to charge the customer for additional day though I returned the vehicle after hours.  I emailed you an hour back. I also emailed the branch manager Matt on June 24. Thanks  07/11 update: The regional manager reached out to me initiating a refund. Thank you for the support and Thank you Google for getting justice.

Brendan and his team are always kind and professional when I come to their branch for my rental. They are pleasant to talk to and provide excellent service. The vehicles they offer are always clean and in great shape. I have rented numerous times from them this year and each time has been a wonderful and hassle free experience.

I had a great experience renting with Enterprise. Franco was so incredibly helpful when there were hiccups in our rental. He made sure we were comfortable with the car we got, and he was able to help us when our trip went south. When I rent a car again, I will definitely go through Franco again!

Reserved on line, Received a confirmation call a day ahead of time, The car was ready when I arrived, Checkout out was easy, I did my thing and the return was also easy.  The guy even remembered me when I was returning the van.  Also no pressure for insurance, He offered, I said no, we moved on.  I give this location a 5 star.  Nice work!  Second visit for a new rental was also 5 star.  Friendly, attentive staff and everything was as reserved.  Also I returned off hours which was also easy and I received the email confirmation that it was returned first thing in the morning.

They was so awesome and i would love to rent that car again…:there service was awesome….they were nice and i want to hang with them…if anything you guys make sure they are there cause that’s the only person I’m dealing with they deserve everything and i love it….@ Matt Rugger & @ Francesco Franco Cusumano…they are cool and are the best.!!!! Rochester Hills Enterprise is my go to place for rentals.  I rent often for work and would never think of using another rental company!  Super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make my rental experience top notch!

The customer service was fantastic Brandon did a great job I definitely recommend for anybody need to rent a car to go to the Rochester location

Awesome service, could not have asked for better. Matt A. at Rochester Hills MI location was the best. The car we wanted was not available no surprise, spring break week, but Matt gave full effort to get us in the right vehicle at a fair price and keep our vacation on track. Thanks to Matt and the Roch Hills store, we will definitely use Enterprise for our next car rental. 5 stars.

I needed a rental for a few days. I found this Enterprise location to be responsive, courteous and helpful.   They ensured my pick up and return was on time.  It was a very efficient process and everyone in the office was  friendly.  I dread renting cars but they made it seamless. I will definitely use their services again.
