Love them so much!! Such an easy process to rent a car!! Both times I've used them they are fast, efficient, and kind. Always making sure I get the best deals and best experience!! They credited me for the extra gas I put in the car too!! John was so nice and wonderful!! Thank you for making my experience wonderful and quick!!
Great location and great people. I was in Saratoga Springs on a Christmas trip with a rental from Raleigh NC. The battery in my keyless fob went out. The great folks there replaced the battery and refilled my windshield washer fluid. They were friendly and efficient.
Connor Dwyer was great to work with in Saratoga. Connor explained everything in detail regarding how the insurance rental portion worked. I will go back for any additional rentals since the process was so easy.
The staff at Saratoga is always helpful and ready to accommodate me. They have stayed late when my busy schedule prevents me from making to pick up my rental on time extending my rental time with minimal hassles even making changes on the fly.
Do not rent from this location, unless you are a train passenger who has a valid ticket. This place will only rent a vehicle to train customers. They do not state this online! Which is very inconvenient to costumer which allows them to purchase a rental. I do not recommend
Employees were professional and took time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the vehicle a large 12 passenger van high top.
Good selection of choices to rent from & very courtesy communication that is way better than hertz ouch. I’ve been renting from enterprise for about a decade now and I bring my own wipes to clean the rentals every time.
The staff is very professional and attentive and work diligently to provide quality service and resolve issues in a timely basis.
I had a great time renting from Enterprise. The vehicle was clean when arrived. Unfortunately they didn't have the car I requested but they gave me an upgrade for same price. I was very satisfied with their service. The gentlemen whom waited on me on both visits were very friendly. I will definitely rent from them again.
Enterprise was extremely easy to deal with, think the process took about 10 minutes. The office staff in this location were awesome to deal with nice folks 10/10 would rent again
