I needed a vehicle while my van was in the shop and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Picked up my rental and was the quickest, smoothest I've ever experienced. When I needed to extend my rental due to my van not being ready, it wasn't an issue at all. When I returned my rental yall gave me a ride back to the hotel I was staying. I'm terribly sorry I forgot the woman's name who helped me. You were always so helpful and friendly, thank you!!!
Wyatt was awesome and helped me get a vehicle as quick as possible, in fact even earlier than I had anticipated! He had great customer service and made everything very easy.

Offered a car after mine was totaled in a hail storm, I have been waiting to write this review till all insurance matters were settled and since they are I will spell it out for you. Insurance company willing to provide rental car from this agency, agency said they had no context by which my insurance company had dealt with them, insurance company sends me paperwork proving that the Spearfish office was sent a rental request, they claim they never received it, so insurance company sends to bigger city next door and because of the hail storm they are out of rental cars. I receive paperwork stating said information. It's thankfully I have 2 cars and one was away from the area of this hailstorm. These people don't know whats going on from the right or left hand.
Talked with the lady in this place and she told me come at 4 to pick up the car you choose. When we were there the office was close. She never answered the phone and we call at other people and her supervisor told us nobody returned until Monday...it was so frustrated because my car was broken down, because this service we had to stay in sturgis city for 4 days doing nothing!
The vehicle availability is less than ideal in our remote location, which is understandable hence the lack of the 5th star. However, the service was above and beyond my expectations, including upgrading my family FREE of charge to accommodate my 4 kids and wife, as they knew that is what I needed! I was called back when a vehicle became available and Maria informed me that they were HAPPY to upgrade the vehicle and deliver what was not expected or paid for by insurance. I am over the top grateful for the trouble they saved us this last week, especially with over 100 degree weather! Thank you enterprise, and more specifically, Thank you Maria and Sam for the consideration and care. Cheers
When my vehicle was in the shop, they hooked me up with a free upgrade so I could safely get around in the bad weather.
Always helpful and attentive, had to get a vehicle on short notice and received a RAV4 . My vehicle was in the shop overnight and even thou I had to go to the airport to get it I was happy to get one to rent. Here in the Black Hills it's the start of the yearly motorcycle rally. Everything is tied up business wise and even though I don't rent often I was certainly impressed with the outfit and price. I will always cherish this company and have become a member. Thank you Enterprise!!!
Our car went into the garage on vacation in Deadwood SD. I called this place to see if they had a car available for use to rent. I was told several times they were bringing some in, and -finally - would have one for us. We found a nice person to take my husband 15 miles to pick up a rental. They drove to this rental, and my husband was told they did not have any cars for us to rent - even though the woman I talked to said they did and to come and pick one up. What kind of company does this to people?
