Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had......I was getting vehicle through insurance claim...got harassed bc I said I didn't have employer girl went so far as to even go to manager.....was supposed to be able to pick up and drop off at car repair shop. This was not the case. Which means I had to return to body shop to get personal belongings. Then I attempted to use credit card that did not chip...was told I was not able to do so. Contract had to be rewritten and same girl re wrote contract told me it was the same however she had changed days of rental Instead of taking ownership and displaying accountability, she makes excuse that enterprise would just extend anyway. Then did a walk around and I had to inquire if enterprise cleaned cars after use because I noticed a half drunken water bottle under seat. SAME GIRL says they normally do after ran through. When I got car back car STILL was cleaned...I pointed issue out to guy who says he was manager...his exact words were, "awe the bugs on the car, I will mKe a note of it." NO IT WAS THE DIRT...NOT JUST THE BUGS. Car was definitely not cleaned. Truly horrible experience!!!!!!
They need to learn how to explain their rates better and train your employees better. Due to this I lost $300 because they did not explain how extending a vehicle works. Will never do business with them ever again.
The car was super clean, looked brand new. Absolutely the friendliest staff you'd hope to have. I had accidentally left behind a sentimental item in the car and when I went to pick it up they seemed as excited to give it back to me as I was to have it back. I really can't overstate how genuinely nice the entire staff is there.
Great experience, with no issues. Everyone in there was working and taking care of everyone. Very polite and responsive. Car was great. Very easy to go in and then get back out on the road. I used the online reservation.
Clean, fast, and does it's best to satisfy customers. Not up to standers on car purchase if done on line but will do things to make sure your taken care of. My first time renting in all my life. Seems reasonable and cars look very clean.
Enterprise is an overall excellent Company to rent for...from ALL their locations! They are always pleasant and assist you with all your questions and concerns. I been renting from them for many years...they are wonderful to rent from!
Unprofessional, no customer service and no sense of responsibility towards a customer; leaving me stranded for a booking. Trying to reach them 4 days prior to the day, everyday I was told i was getting a call back, to no avail. I uber'd there to talk to someone in person only to be told "No cars available for you. sorry". Even tried to explain to the guy. I use enterprise all the time... This had to have been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. My credit card literally gives me money to use Avis and I still opt to go with Enterprise! Not anymore. Would give 0 stars, Thanks for absolutely ruining my experience. You'll be losing an entire production from using your services ever again. Big yikes.
The people there are TERRIBLE except for Falon who worked hard to accommodate. Let me start by saying that I've been a customer to enterprise for over a decade! The first experience with the Wyoming store was a nightmare! The manager walked away from us in the middle of a transaction to help someone else. Falon stepped in and apologized and got us in our rental. During that week of me renting my grandfather passed away so I needed to rent again for the next week. When I came to rent, I was denied the rental and was hit with all sorts of rules. This hurt me very bad to know that they would do this to me the day I was supposed to leave for his funeral in SC. They didn't care! The managers are horrible in this place and they need to retrain them on customer service. This is very sad that they would treat a member so badly in their time of grief and could care less that I missed it. I NEVER want to deal with them again! I wish these reviews really ment something. As I can see, I'm not the only one who gets a hard time from them.
Rented a car for just a day and I was in and out getting the vehicle and returning. Also all representatives are very kind just in the short amount of time. Would recommend if someone needed a rental. I even left lottery Tix in car and rep. Gave them back which I woulda chucked as a loss so very honest ppl. Keep up great work I will be back when I need a rental.
To call me the DAY of my move out date and say theres no one way reservation is insane. I made my reservation DAYS before my reservation date. Absolutely no one reached out. Had someone reached out sooner to mention they cant do one way reservations when the website clearly says i can it wouldn't be an issue. The lack of communication is so unprofessional. Luckily i figured out everything with transportation so enterprise couldnt ruin my day or plans. Rewrite your website, and train your employees on communication with customers.
