Very prompt and friendly service. I had my car in for repair and the Enterprise team brought the rental to me, then picked it up from the repair shop. I appreciated the beautiful car that was spotless, as well as the friendly Team Member that went over the details of the car and the rental agreement. I definitely will use Enterprise in Temple Texas again.
The wait time was longer than expected, the guys were very friendly and professional trying to help everyone out. I didn't expect it to be so busy on a Sunday, I had a reservation for 10 am I didn't leave until 11:20 am. The wait time was the only bad thing once I received the car they accommodated me with a nice vehicle. The drop off was easy since it was after hours. I will most definitely be renting again in the next few weeks.
I've had 2 dealings with these clowns. Both ended bad. I got hit in while driving my van. I got an estimate and these morons called me twice to see when I needed to pick a vehicle up. I told them I would call as soon as my insurance company approved the estimate and the body shop gave me a date to bring my van in. I finally got a date to get my repairs and called Enterprise rental. The call went to the national headquarters. They took my information on a Friday and said the Temple location would call me to confirm. Wednsday comes and I have to take the van in but still haven't recieved that call so I called them. They said they had one, a minivan, but it was just returned with a cracked Windshield and they couldn't rent it. I informed them I needed a cargo van. They said they would call me. I show up to the body shop and they called Enterprise to come pick me up. They show up in a minivan. I rode home with my girlfriend waiting for them to call me. They promised they would deliver it to my house before dark. I called them at 4pm and they said my minivan was ready. The manager told me I didn't tell her I needed a van to work out of earlier that morning. I don't know who I told but I made it clear that morning I needed something to work out of!!!. The first encounter I had with them I went to rent a car for the weekend. I arrived about 4:30pm. The agent wouldn't accept just my insurance card, he demanded I have a copy of my policy too. I don't carry that in my vehicle and it was too late to go home and return. I will never use this location again. I've used Killeen before and they were 5 star. Professional and helpful.
*UPDATE* My reservation started out HORRIBLE!! The reason for the now POSITIVE feedback is Jena Estrada, Branch rental manager at the Temple TX General Bruce Drive location. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at the Austin Airport, only to find the location closed and no way to pick up my vehicle. Angry was an understatement. Especially after calling, from work to verify location hours and my reservation would be ready upon landing, esp so late in the evening. Jena was able to remedy the T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E mistake and keep Enterprise golden in my eyes. She continued to remember that making things right, customer service, patience, and a beautiful smile,will ALWAYS keep a return customer coming back. Thank you, Jena, for making my trip which wasn't a vacation easier to tolerate. Enterprise, you have an AH-MAZING manager in Jena representing your company, . . . don't let her get away ! With the *Monkey Mobile* down with MAJOR electrical issues struck by lightning . Enterprise and its FANTASTIC employees kept my life in motion and have continued to do so for the last 2 months. Especially with it being during the holidays and such. Getting into a car was quick and easy with little hassle. MUCH appreciation, Lyn, Ashley, Rolando, & Brandon. Y'all are AH-MAZING! Rented a car on line which was easy to do. When we got to Enterprise to pick up our rental -and did the walk around Chell noticed air vents not working properly and quickly put us into a different vehicle. Chell’s exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated. She was great to work with!
I would not recommend any other rental companies other than Enterprise. I've had previous experiences with Enterprise, but this one was by far the best. Lexi Cypress at Killeen, TX airport was very kind, helpful, and professional. I returned for an extension, and she made it so simple and convenient. I know where to go next time I need a rental and you should go see Lexi as well.
The staff makes this the best rental agency hands down! very accommodating and willing to help and try to make your wait as short as possible. Great people. Up to 5 rentals now always the same great service efficient and professional always ready to accommodate my needs!
We had a great experience renting our car. When we picked up the car in Temple, Texas there was quite a line of people waiting to get a car. I thought I was going to be there for over an hour. A gentleman came over to me told me it would be about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I was in the car. When returning the car to the Austin airport, my wife left a small bag in the car. We realized that just as we got to the terminal. I rushed back not more than 5 minutes after I turned in the keys. I expalined my dilema to Gabe. The car was already getting re-fueled. Gabe called the manager, found out that the bag had been tagged and locked away. The manager came, unlocked the bag gave it to Gabe, who then returned it to me. I greatly appreciate Gabe dropping everything he was doing to return the bag. I also appreciate that the bag was locked and only the manager had a key. It was a great experience. This is why I rent from Enterprise and will continue to do so in the future.
I reserved a rental at the last minute to make it to a family gathering for Easter and the enterprise team made it happen. They are military friendly and kindly made an accommodation for me. I was unsure of driving a certain kind of vehicle and the host walked me through and gave a tutorial of the vehicle. My return was quick and easy! They were even able to give me a courtesy ride to my home. After having my car in the shop for repairs all week their service made the difference. They go above and beyond!!
Let me caveat by saying, "I am a difficult customer, I expect everything you are employed to do." With that being said, The staff at Enterprise was Terrific. I had been run off the road in my wife's BMW into a construction barrier earlier that day, I had not had lunch yet. Jenna did everything, she didn't take offense at anything I said and just helped me get into a car. It was a smooth and easy experience. The extension of the rental by my insurance was simple. When I returned the car it was a simple transaction. There wasn't any aggressive behaviour between anyone that worked there, and they were busy every time I went in. Everything they did was motivated by helping the customers get into a rental and on with their day. Thank you for an easy and simple experience.
