Tried to call to rent a car from Enterprise Brookhaven on a Thursday. Called about 5 times and they would literally pick up the phone and set it on the counter. Reserved one online and the following Tuesday, the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to tell me they didn’t have a car and they MAY have one the next day but couldn’t guarantee it and couldn’t tell me what kind they may have. I called about 5 or 6 other Enterprise’s and the only 2 that even answered the phone told me the same thing. They couldn’t tell me when they would have a car or what kind they might have. And I don’t want to hear that’s just how it is right now because I contacted U Save and they had me one ready the next morning and told me it didn’t matter what they had to rent me, they would honor my insurance’s 30 dollars a day. Went the next morning and picked up a brand new Camry and they were the nicest people and I won’t be paying one dime out of pocket. Enterprise is horrible and, like so many other businesses these days, doesn’t even care to try to do better.

Erica was great. I jokingly gave her a hard time after she called to say they didn't have what I reserved. She took it in stride. This place is popular so reserve as soon as possible.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The absolute worst experience ever renting cars. I reserved a vehicle two days prior and they had none when I got there except a truck which was 80 bucks more so I had to take it. Then I needed to extend the rental for 2 more weeks because my car was still in the shop. I called, they did the extension, and charged me. However they called in the middle of my second week and said I needed to return it because I did not pay for two extra weeks. The lady was rude, not helpful, and not understanding. I had to return it on my lunch break. Upon returning it, I informed her I would bring my bank statement by and she ignored me and printed off the charges they supposedly took. I left furious. This place is a joke, and I hope I NEVER need them again. I do not understand how a place like that could still be in business.

Love these folks!! They always show so much professionalism and they always try to meet the need of the customer. I truly appreciate you guys in Brookhaven MS.

I am in from Seattle WA visiting my mom, and I drove up from New Orleans  to Bogue Chitto, and when I went to turn in my rental the young lady who helped me was friendly, courteous, and very professional, Kudos to the Enterprise in Brookhaven. Tha k you for what you do

The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the deposit. I wasn't told about it until I went to pick up.

I had to rent a car very unexpectedly when I had mechanical problems while traveling. While at the mechanic's shop, I called Enterprise and rented a 4 door mid-size car for the location that I needed for pickup in about 15 minutes.  I had someone drop me off and, when I arrived, was told that they just left me a voicemail when I asked if everything was OK, the lady told me "yes, we will work it out". The lady was very nice. They rented to me what they had on the lot, but it was a compact SUV.  I have never been charged more than what I was quoted because they didn't have the inventory that I asked for. It wasn't until I was charged double on my card from what I was quoted that I started calIing to ask about the difference. I was told it would be refunded. After not receiving a refund for close to a month and calling weekIy, I was told that they were referring to the deposit hold on my card and that I was charged correctly. After talking for a while, they refunded part of the money, but still charged me almost $60 more than I was quoted because they had to put me in a higher classified vehicle. I was never told about the difference,  but was told that I signed for it I dont remember what I signed a month ago.  I feel like I was given the runaround. $60 doesn't seem like a lot, but it is more about the point that I was told I was being refunded and wasn't until I questioned it.

Awesome service!! I had to fly for a memorial service and when I booked the car, they had the wrong site listed not the airport that I was flying into I called and had it changed and was told nothing would change.  On arrival to pick up car, I was charged almost $100 more.  When I turned in the car 6 days later.. I was asked how my experience was and I told Joseph Huelseman assistant manager at Vandalia, Ohio airport what had happened and he fixed it right away for me.  Thank you Joseph, you made my day!!! Julian was amazing. She had me a car and gone in 3 minutes!

I went online and reserved a car because mine is disabled.   I had a friend of mine take me to the location and was told they had none.  I know they had the reservation because they finally found it a few minutes after I called to verify it and ask some questions.  They made a couple of calls to see if someone was going to bring one back, to no avail.   They said they close in an hour and I could take my chances.   I asked why they didn't call, but they couldn't respond.   I think this location is nothing but car washers, with no business since or professionalism.  Unfortunately,  it's the only game in town.
