Renting - Rented a car 2 weeks ago. Enterprise picked me up from my location and help me pick out a car. The staff was very friendly and nice. Returning - very easy and quick. I dropped off the car they looked it over and was done. Staff again very nice and friendly. I recommend this Enterprise Rent a car location.
I really appreciate they offer pickup service. The driver was friendly and efficient. Everything went smoothly at the pickup location, and I was able to choose a full size sedan full feature for $3 than a standard mid size. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful.
Very efficient, organized, on the ball staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and kind. About as perfect as a rental place can get. They were fast and we never had to wait to get service.
The Santee branch has always been great for me to deal with. They are flexible and helpful. The vehicles have always been clean and in great shape. Most recent rental was a cargo van. When I picked it up it only had 300 miles on it. I have made some requests and the staff has gone above and beyond to make them happen.
Let’s just say… Ben Rocks! We rented a car for our family to go to Vegas for the weekend not only did he help us out but he was spot on telling us how much it’s going to cost and honoring the price even though it was different than what was booked. He was nice and very authentic. And we will definitely be coming back and hopefully Ben will get to take care of us again. Thank you for our excellent experience and the car was really amazing we had a premium SUV/Suburban.
Great rental company. Always have good service, only company I know of that will pick you up and drop you off if needed. Good selection of vehicles, great loyalty program. And the Santee location is staffed with wonderfully professional and friendly folks. Have used this rental location multiple times and have never had a bad experience.
We love this location! We've rented from here multiple times over the past couple of years, and it's always a breeze. Customer service is always great, and we don't ever feel stressed or overwhelmed. The cars are well taken care of, and clean. They also have overnight drop off, which I consider a huge plus for car rentals.
Reserved a car on March 14 for today April 7 at noon upon arrival and checking in told nothing available or expected until late afternoon after 4:00 pm and that they would call. While there at least three people were told their reservation weren't available either!
Amazing experience! Jeanette specifically the employee at Enterprise Santee helped me and she was absolutely phenomenal. Kind, understanding, and so helpful. I'm very grateful to have done business at this location. Thank you. We're already planning our next road trip and will be back this summer
I've been here a few times. It's a small location, so sometimes they don't have the car you ordered. They always go the extra mile to get you a suitable replacement. Really nice and professional team!
