Attempted to call this branch several times for a car reservation no one ever answered this has been going on for two months to rent a mini van while my cars getting worked on so I booked online just to be told car isn’t available when I asked why no one answers calls she stated she was the only one working this week though I’ve called consistently for a month about this as it was a scheduled body shop work.

Enterprise Rental is great to rent from. Their employees were very helpful. Nancy was great to work with when I returned the vehicle. I would definitely recommend!

I tried to get a rental from this car place. Key word 'tried'. What happened was I tried to have an insurance company send them the details that I was in need of a rental car on a Thursday for the following Monday. They said that they were suppose to reach out to me and contact me about said vehicle. Friday comes and I hear no word from them so I contact them, finding out that they had no rentals available till that following Thursday at earliest.  I thought "Okay, maybe they are just busy, it is a bit short notice after all" So They said they would try and call me back if a spot opens up, and we agreed an appointment on 4pm on that Thursday.  Today the day I am writing this review is that Thursday and they never showed up on time. No call backs for the prior day and no call today prior in advance saying they were going to be late or not show up either. So I guess now I am stuck without a car for the time being while I am waiting for my truck to be fixed by a separate company.  1* Review, unless you are willing to constantly call them they probably have zero care about you being a customer and wont make any effort themselves to actually help people who are needing a temporary car.

Man I called had it scheduled in 20 minutes showed up and Jesse the main guy hooked it up and get me in out less than hour been here a few times and they always do good business 100 percent recommend this location for anything you need just give them a call

My son rented a mini van for a trip to Pennsylvania from Arkansas. It seemed like a great quality vehicle. The service was good and friendly.

I had excellent service. They picked me up and then dropped me off at my car when the body shop was finished. It was 5 minutes till closing. I would like to say they need a better for phone answering system, as you can rarely get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. Maybe the use of head sets.

Horrible! They wasted our time trying to rent us a van that had dents   not little ones either had big scuffs marks ect , our family decided to take 2 vehicles on vacation.. place is a joke, will never go back nor recommend, only gave 1 star because had to so I could right a review .

They didn't have my vehicle ready. I was told I could wait for it after a had reservation. The vehicle I was getting was in the shop. When I asked for a different car because I couldn't wait the manager told me I was an hour late.  If the vehicle isn't ready why did he care I was late. The vehicle should of been ready with keys in it even if I was an hour late.

When they state they will pick you up... they do.  Manager Jeff and Staff were very professional and accommodating.  Aaron picked my husband and I up and provided us with the hot spots for dining.  Very pleased with the service.

So far I've had a great experience I've only been there to pick up a car. I can't speak to the prices I'm getting a rental car because somebody flattened my car so I'm not paying for it. I can say the gentleman there whose name was Marvin was wonderful he helped me get a small SUV at the expense of the insurance company because I had a hard time with the headroom of the smaller car that they had tried to put me in. He was very patient and he was really trying to help me as his client.
