It started off rough I’m not going to lie. Issues with some cars however the way the customer service was, that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars. Completely not their faults, and they took ownership of it. They got me into a much better vehicle and gave me 10% off. Obviously 10% is not saving a whole lot however that was the icing on the cake after getting me into a better vehicle. Made my trip a lot more comfortable. Thanks to everybody there, I would highly recommend going to see them, customer service was great!
Had the best experience after my car was in the body shop for a couple weeks after an insurance claim. The staff made the process seamless. Shout out to Matt, Chris, Rebecca, and Michael for the superb customer service. Everyone was super professional and helpful. Would definitely rent with them again.

I have always been a loyal enterprise member and use them often to rent cars. With my most recent rental, $374.xx was charged as a hold. When I brought the car back I was charged another $170.xx. It has been over a week and the $374 hold is still on my credit card statement. I spent an hour with Goldman Sachs and they are amazed that this even happened but cannot help until Enterprise releases the hold. I have talked twice with their main Customer Service line and they keep just regurgitating the same line about holds are released after the car is returned. However, the car was checked in in-person and the hold still remains. After getting off of the phone with the main customer service rep, a local customer representive calls me and leaves a voice mail which sounded very condescending as he is just assuming I’m doing something wrong. In his words “…if this isn’t case, you can call me back”. This customer service has both made me pay extra on my credit card bill to avoid interest and has made this week very stressful. I’m extremely disappointed in the service at the Salisbury Enterprise for incorrectly checking my car back in and equally disappointed at the main company for their lack of care. I will not use Enterprise again and wish that whoever is reading this will not either.
Awesome experience renting top of the line 2023 Toyota Highlander. Ordered online received quick confirmation call, picked up car next morning, changed cars quickly, saved a lot of money, enjoyed safe trip to mountains and back with my son!
Nice cars. Put me in a Dodge Ram 1500 no way could I drive it. I had no choice. It sucked. They charged me for memorial day. They were closed & never spoke of a drop off box. I loved the Hyundai and Toyota. My next purchase maybe. Professional clientele.
They are a rip-off. They charged me for services I didn't receive and they charged my insurance company for a extra day for a rental car I had already turned in They keep saying they have refunded my money, but it's been two weeks. I would not recommend the Salisbury NC branch to rent from.
Had to come here 3 times in 2 months and every time the customer service was excellent. Employees were very accommodating and knowledgeable of their inventory. It's a smaller location and is often busy but their customer service from beginning to end was again very pleasant. Will definitely rent here again.
Great, customer service, and great ride with the suv 2021 Toyota Highlander I rented. The only gripe I had was my suv was supposed to be ready by 12 and I had to wait until 5 to get it, due to others extending their rentals and my suv wasn’t available. So that was inconvenient due to I took an extended lunch for it, other than that everything else once the vehicle came was quick and easy.
I was very pleased; how Matt handled my reservation mishaps ,he was able to put me in a comfortable vehicle and get me on the road where someone cancelled my reservations which made me very pleased.
