Love the fast pass! Makes renting so fast and easy. Picked the car up at RSW airport. I was not happy with the first car they showed me. It was a hatchback, and I needed more trunk room. August was great, she kept showing me options until I was happy with the car I rented. Great customer service! I highly recommend.

Southwest Florida's top business location. They consistently offer the greatest rental car service and do so quickly and effectively. The vehicles are constantly spotless and washed. There have been no complaints about any of the models' low mileage. Excellent customer service while the garage is supplying the vehicle. The checkout process is quick and trouble-free. The return even faster.

Wonderful customer service all around! Check in was quick and easy. Rohan was extremely helpful and friendly when time came to select a car. I asked if it would be possible to get a convertible for this trip and he was able to make it happen. I use Enterprise regularly for work trips and have always had a positive experience.

We rented a car for a week in Fort Myers, Florida. Every person we dealt with at Enterprise,  was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. Having service workers be this pleasant was actually such a breath of fresh air. We were upgraded to an SUV which was a huge bonus since there were 5 adults. I will ABSOLUTELY rent with them again.

I have used Enterprise at RSW several times now and each experience has been the same: They had my reservation with no issues, the checking in process took just a few minutes, everyone knew their job and did them well. Stepping outside to pick up my rental  I was directed to a row of like cars and instructed to pick the one I wanted and away I went. Returning the car was just as quick and easy to return.  Not only are the Employees thoroughly competent; they do their jobs with smiles and are friendly.  I cannot think of any reason I would use any other rental car company.

I reserved a premium full size suv. The car that we had was a premium full size SUV but The air conditioning didn't work at all the whole time we had the car and the alignment was off with loose steering. Also the car had a foul odor as if the carpets were shampooed and never dried properly. Also want to note that the car had over 70,000 mi on it My opinion that car should not be in the fleet. Was very disappointed. I called Enterprise the next day to let them know everything they said they would get back to me they never did. I returned the car when it was due and spoke to a manager who made right of the situation by giving me a discount. I would be still a little hesitant about renting a car from Enterprise in the future.

Easy pickup with the ReadyPass. We just bypassed the main counter and went to the garage. I showed my pass to an attendant and she showed me two cars to choose from. Made the choice, hopped in, drove away. Dropping the car off was even easier. Drive into the airport rental garage, a quick check 2 minutes to the car and we were off to catch our flight. Thanks for making this so easy Enterprise!

Enterprise was great. I was able to use the Enterprise ReadyPass and just walk up to the car. The car was clean, every compartment open to validate they had cleaned it and all I had to was turn the car on and drive. I'll be using Enterprise only from now on. As an added bonus, they were also the most inexpensive rental for a standard SUV. Nevertheless, I will be using them going forward, even if I have to pay a little bit more.

We recently rented a passenger van for a trip to my sons wedding. The vehicle was very roomy and met our needs well. We had a very minor problem during our rental period. The customer service group went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our rental. I plan on using enterprise again in the future.

My experience with enterprise was great. I was worried because last time I rented a car with a different company and it did not go well. I will never go with any other company now after my experience with enterprise. They were super friendly and the process to pick up and drop off was very quick and easy. I also didn't feel pressured to buy any of the extra nonsense. Very very happy with this company and would highly recommend!
