I've had many storage units in my life - this facility beats them all. The manager is incredibly friendly, personable, and very helpful. The building itself is newer, the temperature inside is comfortable, and I feel confident my items aren't getting effected by the heat! When you catch a deal here, pay upfront for a year or more so you can keep the great pricing. Absolutely no complaints with this facility!!!
Extra space storage is absolutely wonderful. I have had the most positive and best experience with them. Mona, who works in the office is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and receives absolute top of the line customer service. If you need her, she is on it and gets it done immediately. I cannot say enough good about this place. The facility is very clean. It is very safe. It’s very easily accessible. They care about you and your property. I would definitely five out of five recommend this place. For your storage needs. I will never use another. They have me as a customer for life. Again a special thanks to Mona, especially in the office she deserves extra recognition, for always going above and beyond. She always greets you with a smile and a very welcoming feeling. From the first moment I walked into this place I felt like I had been there forever.

I have used 2 other storage companies over the years. And while I have not been disappointed with the others I think Extra Space Storage has extra special customer service. I searched online for storage in Fayetteville and Extra Storage had a move in offer. So I called and got an wonderful rep that made a suggestion that was even better for what I needed. She was listening and paying attention to what I was saying and understood my needs. Then DeWayne, the on-site manager, is very friendly and helpful as well. The facilities are kept clean, and functional. There are restrooms available on-site as well... and that is a major plus! Need storage? Try Extra Space Storge!
I showed up right at 6pm as the doors were being locked and Mr. Dewayne stayed and helped me through the whole process and with great customer service. This was important to me because we have been dealing with a lot lately and this was one less stressor we had to deal with. We will always do business here as long as Mr Dewayne is working there.
Great experience. They were extremely helpful, and was able to get us help to move our things into storage last minute. I recommend this place to everyone due to the exceptional customer service.
Excellent place, DeWayne was prompt and his customer service was top tier, he made getting a storage about as easy as counting to 3. The spaces are clean and sizes are more than enough space for any moving household. Definitely refer it to anyone looking for a storage unit. Also the promos are unbeatable
Mona is very friendly and knowledgeable. The space is impeccably clean and well secured. I like that they have climate controlled interior units and also maintain pest control. The walkways are spacious to allow for large furniture. The units are tall . It is easy to access without hills to navigate. Ours are broad so you have many opportunities to visit the facility and drop things off or pick things up.
Jessica helped us rent our storage unit and was very patient and helpful. She explained the process and was very nice to talk to!! If you need assistance at Extra Storage Jessica is the one! Thanks!
Never ending increases. Was a very clean facility in the beginning now you’re subject to have Fievel Moskowitz run across your foot! The mouse literally just stood in the hallway like he dared me to cross him! If I wasn’t so startled I would have videoed it and tagged Extra Space storage. They literally have a million rat boxes everywhere but yet here I am in a standoff with Fievel! Save yourself the trouble and keep your blood pressure down -store elsewhere!
