Enterprise Truck Rental

Can not say enough about this place! The manager was to work almost an hour early to work. And, opened just to help us! Got us squared away and on the road.

Very good customer service experience with this location. Price was fair for our rental for the work we were doing. Ian was friendly and incredibly helpful in explaining our rental agreement. He even showed me different features of our cargo van for our trip. Ian also made the return process easy for us as well. Would definitely rent another van from them again!

Great experience and I have used them 3 times in last year. The only issue was told of a hold on credit card of $250 and then when I arrived for 3rd rental they wanted both deposit and rental on the card. We do Dave Rsmsey therefore my card is only $300 so had to split on debit and credit. Never had this issue with 2 prior rentals so lack of consistency.

I was asked by Enterprise to write a Review of my Experience, which I did... Unfortunately I don't see it listed here. So, I'll just leave a Second one, You're welcome, for wasting My time Twice! Once day of Rental, and Again for my explanation of why I was dissatisfied with my experience, but it must have been Rejected... So, be for Warned. This Location "Currently" says "Now Hiring", so Avoid it! Go to Any Other Location, Unless you to want a bad experience. As of March 28th 2021. So, maybe within the next few weeks Enterprise will sort out their Personnel Issues.

Easy to make a reservation after running around for an hour trying to find a Half Ton truck for a road trip to pick up some items. Showed up and they had the truck parked out front ready to go and with the paperwork, was on my way in 15 minutes! . Great location.

This is the second time we have rented a truck from Enterprise and we received great service both times. Our account specialist this time was Ian, and he was great - helpful from start to finish. Will definitely use Enterprise for all our rental needs.

Instead of saying they didn't have a rental car it made me come up there and told me I can head to the airport when I went to the airport they told me that the airport only accepts credit card when you're in the inner city they accept debit cards

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, was able to get the right extended bed pickup note, extended bed truck doesn't even mean 8' long anymore! for my move of bulky items. They dropped me off at work after I returned the rental too.

Best experience I've ever had at an Enterprise! Melissa was fantastic to work with. She is the perfect mix of professional and personable!

Rented a 15' truck for moving a family member. Price was very reasonable, staff was excellent, helpful, friendly, courteous & very easy to work with. I will go here if I need a car or truck again. Thank you Enterprise!
