Everyone here is so friendly! This a literal hidden gem. The salon is clean, the music is great, and the decor is cute! They are up to date with technology with easy text reminders of your appointment. Andy is not only amazing with what he does, but is also great conversation. I was here to attend a wedding and wanted to get my nails done. I found this shop based on the reviews so I gave it a try! I was not disappointed!! Very friendly and welcoming, the music they played was great, the salon was very clean, the manicure and pedicure were done with care. They didn't rush and checked in with me on shape and length as they began and again after starting. If I lived in town I would make this my regular nail salon!Services: Pedicure

I had a horrible experience the only reason I gave two stars is because of the pedicure that was great but look at my nails they couldn't squeeze me in supposably they are appointment only even though it says walk-ins accepted I got there at 8:30 a.m. and according to their sign on their door they open at 9:00 a.m. but they couldn't do a full set on my nails. Then after I get my pedicure done I was told that they may be able to squeeze me in the following day after I paid for this horrible nail polish job I was told that they didn't have any appointments and they could set me for next week I work from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. everyday. I stayed awake just to get my nails done and this is what I had to deal with. I only went there because of all of the five star reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had I travel for work and I have went to several nail shops and several different cities and this was by far the worst experience. What a waste of my time I had to book an appointment and stay awake even longer to go to another nail shop.

This is the best nail salon in the Westbank. They’re the only ones I trust with my nails and time! They play great music and make great conversation. Andy & An do an amazing job and are serious about their work. They will not let you down. Absolutely love them

Pretty good atmosphere. It’s very clean and I love that the chairs aren’t raggedy and ripped. My pedicure was good but my pedicures are never great! They always shape a couple of my toenails at an angle when I come here. The pedicure girl with the glasses isn’t the most personable but she does her job. My manicure looks good. They did it while I was getting my pedicure which, if you’re pressed for time, that’s good but I find they always miss things when it’s done like that.Services: Pedicure

Great experience!! The techs were welcoming and professional!! My short coffin gel nails look great and my pedicure looks great!!! She took her time on my feet!! Had an unpleasant experience at Hannah's Nails and found this place on the Westbank Expressway. Cool vibe!!Services: Nail art
