Amazing staff and services! ESIS has always assisted me with sampling methods, media, and all of my lab work. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They have always answered any questions I may have. Excellent response time with labs or emails and phone calls. When I stop by unannounced, they are always happy to assist me and I have never had to wait. There have been times when I have had to run in last minute for media, labs, etc. and they have always stopped what they were doing to assist me. I will always use this lab. Thank you ESIS!!!
