20 stars if it would allow me! Absolutely LOVE it here. Great place to workout. 3 different rooms with multiple options. There is a pool as well. They also have rooms available if you wanted to have a party or gathering. Facility is kept very clean. Polite and friendly staff
Last time I will be going there. Paid the 100 dollar deposit online. Paid the 395 in person cash at check out. Called today to double check if the 100 should have been deducted and it should have. I blame myself for not asking the short brown haired lady for a receipt. Called and spoke with the owner, he gave a story how he’s counting the drawer and don’t see 395. He then offered to credit me 50 dollars then said he doesn’t have the cash as it’s been deposited… I asked him to check cameras as well. Bunch of crocks. Bathroom is gross as well.
My kids enjoyed it. Overall it was fun. There is a few things they could approve on. As it being our first time there we didn't know how it all worked, there was one waitress doing it all. She was great and I give her so much credit! I feel like this could be an even greater place if there was more teamwork.
Absolutely SHOCKED at how nice this place is! Not that expected it to be bad when I brought my daughter to a birthday pool party there, buy this place blew me away! Clean environment, lots of different athletic options pool, weights, boxing, sauna etc along with a small Cafe inside in case you get hungry definitely worth a membership!
I booked this place for my daughter’s 13th party based on the reviews and wow it was not what I expected. First of let me begin by sharing how dirty the party room was. I had to ask our “attendant “ to clean up what looked like debris from the ceiling. When we transitioned to the pool, it was a nightmare. The area was not cleaned and the bathrooms /changing rooms were filthy. The pictures on the website are clearly not updated or they haven’t had a cleaning service in a long time. Pool area looks outdated with seemingly lots of wear and tear. Here is the icing on the cake: My daughter’s party was sabotaged by a group of about 12 people that showed up because they were “ staying at the hotel next door”. When I originally booked this 400$ party!!!!!!! I was told only members of the gym were allowed access. These people came in and took over the pool, they were obnoxious and aggressive, with children picking fights and the one of the parent’s grabbing what appeared to be her 4 year old by the hair . Overall it was so ghetto and very mediocre experience and I am disappointed I spent so much money on what I thought would be a great 13th for my little one. Anyone looking to book a pool party stick to the YMCA or somewhere of that caliber and perhaps not in Manchester.
Great place to come and take the children or just adults swimming. $10/person for non members. $8/person with membership. After 10 pm, it's adult swim. You can order alcoholic drinks and hang by the pool. The pool is always clean, the halls are never dirty. Great place to be.
Had use of the pool due to the hotel stay. Its a beautiful pool
My son had the best time! The adults loved it and everyone said several times how amazing it was there. The service was awesome between the server, the owner/DJ and the young man out front. Just overall the best! Would do it again
I booked a birthday party for my son here over the phone and was never informed of a non refundable deposit. I received a confirmation of purchase Email then showing this policy. This business would not refund my deposit and said that is posted on their website. I contacted the NH consumer affairs department and the BBB because this is fraudulent behavior in my opinion. I will not recommend this place due to this activity
We booked the pool so our cub scouts could earn a belt loop. We taught them swimmers safety and then let them swim and play. It was a great time. Very clean facility and the kids had a blast.
