Positive: I. The main amenity that I really enjoy are the classes that they have. All the instructors are great at teaching and progressively making the classes more challenging. All my experience with the staff has been great as well. II. They have an outdoor area to workout with turf, weights, etc III. If you really enjoy cardio they have a separate room just for cardio and they play a movie on their giant screen. Negative: I. My main grievance is that the gym ALWAYS seems to be busy and it doesn’t help that the gym is small. You just have to deal with it being crowded and waiting or go at an inconvenient time. II. They don’t really keep all of their cleaning stations stocked up so sometimes you have to go searching for paper towels and the cleaning spray. III. All of the extra rooms in the gym aren’t available unless you are there for a class. I heard they stopped making it available after they had issues with people stealing or damaging items. Overall, I think the gym is a little above average, not the best or not the worst.
Great gym, the value for this location is unbeatable. Premium membership includes pool and sauna. There are free lockers and "bring your own lock"- lockers. A cinema size TV Room with spin bikes. Outdoor functional movement training equipment. Kid care club during limited hours. Fitness classes. Clean towel dispenser. And so much more. Four stars because the cleanliness could be improved.
For the 10$ a month membership they asked for 50$ up front now and another 50$ per year. I can do math I’m not stupid. Total is 18.33 a month marketing scam. So tired of not having gyms with honest pricing, the marketing scams they place on people makes me wanna open my own business to compete with them
I have been going to this gym for about a year now, there is absolutely zero reason why the bathrooms are filthy dirty before 8am. Every single day there is an issue with at least one toilet, the next day it’s two toilets out of order. Today all toilets were down and there was no water, even to wash your hands. Today is my last day at this gym.
If you want a hot decent shower after your work out. Good luck. Cause you aren’t getting one. Nor will you get even a slightly clean shower to freeze your butt off in. If you ask them they’ll either say they don’t know it should be running warm or they’ll tell you that the water heater is out but it’s been like 6months? Definitely soemthing you guys need to fix cause that is absolutely disappointing & beyond frustrating.
This gym gets very crowded, so I only go between 11 pm to 1 am. Before signing up, I was told that everything in the gym is included with membership. No one mentioned that the activity room was off-limits. I mainly do calisthenics and floor exercises, so I needed the floor mirrors in the activity room to see and correct my body posture. I specifically asked about the activity room, and was reassured that “everything” was included with membership. Upon finding out that the activity room was off-limits, I spoke with the assistant manager about it. He wouldn’t allow me to use the activity room, so I asked him to just cancel my membership. They charged me for an additional 1 month, because apparently cancelation is 1 month advance. Now I am stuck paying an extra month for a gym that I won’t be needing.
EOS Fitness is one of the most pathetic gyms is Southern California I was member for more then 2 yrs One day I came with a friend to try the gym out and ask for a complementary 7 day pass I was told that they do not give such thing at the gym! This was the most stupid thing I heard since you can get one for free on line! They charge me 20 dollars ! Please be aware of the people who run the gym and their tactics The good part by living in Southern California is there are very many gyms around so screw them and their methods Do not waste your time here!!!!!!
Great number of machines so you’re never waiting too long for one to open up. And there are like 4 squat racks! If you join Eos Fitness say Ethan Loomis recommended it to you so we can get some perks haha You really can’t beat their membership price and quantity of equipment anywhere.
So Crowded !!! / Great Gym !! / Pretty Clean !! ** Weights bolts are loosening no one takes initiative to fix , A lot of people talking / high school youth lounge It’s a Swamp 70% of the time this place is past its maximum occupancy it’s Pretty hectic After work or on you’re day off to be honest Shoutout , Logan ,Sabrae , David & Marcy
Theres a few things I can say about this places ammenities, the gym experience here and the customer service. I came to this location from Planet Fitness because thought they had more amenities to offer like a jacuzzi and Sauna if you get the blue membership. I find out later after I signed up they only have a sauna and pool, no jacuzzi. They offer classes and have a dark heavily air conditioned theater for cardio which is great when all the treadmills outside are full. Be warned, this gym is super packed during the day so much so that benches and deadlifts are usually always fully used up making doing specific workouts more difficult. If you get annoyed easily by having to wait for machines and benches this place may not be for you. Now as to customer service. These guys are pure sales people. They are greedy, shady, rude, and ruthless when it comes to changing membership status and will not work with you at all unless you give them more money for made up penalties if you aren’t satisfied. They also deliberately hide info if you arent fully informed about the gym firsthand so beware. Overall you can get a good workout here when its not overcrowded just be careful what you sign up for and dont expect the employees to help you at all if you want to save money.
