I always feel taken care of here at Epione. The staff and Dr. Simon are lovely and customer service is top notch. Make sure you have plenty of time for your appointment because sometimes there is a wait or you could decide to do something extra while you’re there. I always give it at least 3 hours to be safe unless it’s something small. Epione is about doing quality work and not trying to rush the work they do. I am a customer for life!
I can completely understand the mixed reviews. I’ve been to Epione twice, and was treated poorly the first visit, and treated well the second visit It’s too early to rate the results fm my recent procedure. Hoping for the best From this second visit, Zoe was easy to reach and responsive to my questions which I very much appreciated The negative was the ‘cream & supplement’ package got slipped into added to my total bill without enough explanation
At Epione, everyone is super friendly. From the moment I walked in until the time I left. They did set the expectation upfront by letting me know to plan on being there 3-4 hours for one procedure but it turned out I was there six hours. The staff did a great job of checking in on my periodically and offering to order me lunch however it was a SUPER long day. I spent maybe 5-6 mins in totally seeimg Dr. Ourian and was unable to ask any questions at all. However, even though I was unable to get my questions answered directly from Simon, the staff did a great job of explaining in detail what I needed to do for aftercare. All in all, it was a good experience but definitely completely different then what I imagined it would be.
I traveled from Texas to see what this clinic was all about. Yashna, Zoe, Rana, and Dr Ourion were amazing. I received the cool laser treatment for the first time. Excellent customer service! I felt like queen for the day!
Appointment was at 1pm and was not seen until 3pm. Anesthesia cream already had lost its effect and procedure was uncomfortable. Had ask to see before and after pictures since it is suppose to last 2 years and I don’t feel it looks good at all especially for the price.
Awful experience with Dr Ourian and staff. Got a severe skin allergic reaction to a product from his line, which was given to me for treatment aftercare. But the problem escalated due to the Dr’s negligent dealing with it: his dismissive attitude and failure to provide the right treatment in time derived in a brutal worsening of my case. Still, they even had the nerve to deny the strong evidence of the trigger of my allergic reaction, saying their product had nothing to do with it.
Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rana was very helpful and informative. I really appreciated that she took the time to go over the information with us. Dr. Ourian was amazing! He will be my primary doctor for all my cosmetic needs. He’s worth traveling from Texas to see.
I didn’t receive the results that I paid for. This was disappointing. I’ve had the same service in Dallas, TX for literally half the price and I was completely satisfied with the results. The staff, doctor, location… all nice. However, the point should be to have a satisfied customer. That I am not and boy did I want to sign up for more derm services. But if you can’t get the little service I had done the right way — especially the 1st time — then why would I trust this office to perform any other service at their astronomical prices? No thanks. Back to Dallas for me! Maybe this place is only for celebrities. I’m sure with that clientele they get it right for them every time.
Rating 5 stars for Taylor. Thanks for caring for her skin! Please take good care of the music industry. Will give more reviews when we see pictures of her next public appearance. . . . If her skin is ruined, the clinic's name will be in red, underlined. Only Carolina knows what will happen next.
Dr. Ourian and staff are wonderful! I am extremely pleased with all of my services at Epione. The Coolaser treatment took years off of my looks, diminishes acne scars and removed fine lines. I love Epione and will continue to be a client for many years to come.
