Episcopal Place at Park Row has been providing affordable senior housing in Delaware County since 2007. “Park Row is not just housing it's home.” Park Row provides safe, affordable, and healthy living in a clean loving environment since 2007.
With the vision of Father Evans and the current leadership of Kathryn Evans this three story housing facility was built to help support low income seniors and persons with special needs in the Delaware County community.
Park Row's Facebook page is intended to be a fun community page where you can learn about upcoming events and activities, our meal programs, social service supports, volunteer opportunities, community partnerships, and stay connected with loved ones. We have several facilities located in Chester and Delaware counties.
Criteria:
Must be 62 years of age or older
Must meet the income limits
Must be able to live with limited support
