Eric Richard Lowden

I couldn't have had a better experience with Dr. Lowden. He always took time to explain things and never rushed but got to the point and was very kind and made me feel comfortable. He just delivered my second child and I actually had a very beautiful and pleasant experience which I didn't know was possible as I tried 2 different Dr.s with my first baby and both were traumatic experiences. Very happy I chose Dr. Lowden with this pregnancy.

If you have lowden as a dr please dont make the mistake i made by going to a different dr they will refuse to take you back and in my experience he was the only one that seemed to find out what was going on not much to explain and always in a rush never really has an appointment available soon but doesnt seem like he is just taking a check like a lot of other drs do very distraught on the fact i cant be excepted back as a patient

Dr Lowden is a good doctor however, he delivered two of my children and was late to both occasions. I believe he overbooks himself on delivery day which causes him to barely make it when it’s “time to push”. Basically delivered to a nurse both times :. Also, staff can be super rude and hateful. Not the best experience …

He was great my whole pregnancy until the last month then he slacked really bad. He kept putting labor off for me because he said baby wasn't coming down. I felt like something was wrong though. Thank God I ended up going into labor on my due date because my baby was stuck. So thankful for the on-call Dr who was there for me. I lost respect for Dr. Lowden after that. I do NOT recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Lowden for more than 18 years. He delivered both of my sons and has provided excellent routine and preventative care including two surgical procedures. He has the rare combination of stellar professionalism and impeccable bedside manner. He explains every procedure in great detail and is welcoming of any questions. The staff is great as well. I was so nervous at a recent pre-op visit that the receptionist held my hand and was a great comfort to me. After having poor experiences with two other local obstetricians/gynecologists in the area, I'm very thankful to have Dr. Lowden in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Dr Lowden did my ablation and tubal, he was fantastic! He takes his time, explains the procedure. Follow up care was excellent. He is definitely a great doctor who cares!

Phenomenal doctor. He goes beyond measures of just an OBGYN. During all four of my pregnancies he was a cardiologist urologist and obgyn all wrapped up in one it seemed. He truly made me feel comfortable putting my life and my kids lives in his hands. He can’t be beat in doctoring. Highly recommend.

Very upset. My wife currently goes to him now and i am not allowed in the visit to ask questions to the doctor. My wife is named Holly Fornash. The baby is 8 pounds, and her due date is next week. There is no talk about induction. He induced our last child and she had a high uterus and i dont get it about this one. No communication to me. This is a recent review 12/16/2020. On the verge of convincing my wife to change doctors.

I had him when i first got pregnant with my first, him and staff are amazing. And I have him again with this pregnancy

He is amazing and takes the time to explain everything until you are comfortable and understand. His staff is above and beyond the sweetest!
