everything about our experience here was amazing. we called last minute, about 15 min before we arrived, and we told her the color scheme we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. for $40+tax, she gave us the bouquet below that my grandmother LOVED. it was bigger than anything i would've gotten back home.
Very welcoming people! Met Eric the owner, and he was super helpful and friendly. He made such a beautiful bouquet for me, couldn’t be more impressed with any other place than this one!
The flowers were very special and beautiful. They were just what I ordered. These people go above and beyond trying to meet your expectations even though they say that they can't give you an exact time for delivery & I understood that however, they did rush to get my flowers to a special person before she left and they went so far as to take a picture of her receiving the flowers because I couldn't be there and send a picture to me. How awesome is that!!The price is very reasonable. I will always use them. Eric's flower market give personal care..
My boyfriend surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet from Eric's Flower market for our anniversary. He loved that this is one of the few "real" florist left and is privately owned. I loved the beautiful bouquet they created, it is full of fresh cut flowers and is complimented by a very simply but nice vase. Now that I know about this place, I will use them again for special occasions or just for a bouquet for the heck of it!
UPDATE: They contacted me, apologized, and sent out a new arrangement. I would leave zero stars if I could! I had a flower delivery phone call on Saturday afternoon. Upon calling shortly after, I received a voicemail and left a message, and didn't receive a call back. I found out via social media Sunday afternoon that my flowers had been delivered to a random gate a couple miles away!!! After sitting out in the 100 degree heat for a day, of course, they were all dead. I called Eric's Flower Shop to speak to a manager. Of course nobody was there, but I asked for a call back. Did I receive a call back? No. That would indicate SOME level of customer service, which clearly, this business couldn't care less about! Now, my elderly family member is left with the bill or the hassle of disputing the charge for DEAD flowers!
This is my second time ordering from them, and it will be my last. The first bouquet was well done; however, the second came with flowers that do not look good, and the bouquet barely resembled what was advertised. In addition, the delivery service was poor. I asked for delivery sometime in the morning, but it did not arrive until around 5:30. I understand that they can't guarantee delivery times, but after calling them wondering what the status of the order was I discovered there is no way for the customer or the shop to track it. When the driver finally did arrive they left the flowers at our front gate in plain view of the street, rather than on the patio next to the door. I never received a confirmation of drop off and didn't even know the flowers were out there until my SO and I left the house. Here's the bouquet I received and here's the advertised picture. Note: I paid extra for the deluxe version and asked for them to add Lily's to the arrangement if they had them available in purple. Now tell me, does this look like "shades of purple" to you? My SO spent most of the day anticipating these flowers, and this is what shows up. Definitely not worth $80. We are both very disappointed.
Flower delivery was left on ground and black ants filled the basket. I found them on my dining table coming out of the arrangement. I LM that afternoon. Never heard back. Called end of day next day. The clerk was flip and arrogant about not returning my call. Then made excuses for the driver and for not returning my call. They offered replacement. Nice. But it would take be 2 appts to do it. According to the clerk. After just having had a major surgery, I'm not real interested in that option. Not up to it. The entire exchange was raucous. Unwelcome and unwanted argument. The clerk forced being kind. It was fake and condescending. I despise businesses that are posers. Especially shops that cater to people who have had a MAJOR event in their life. This flower shop is not one I'd use in Tucson. You cannot count on flowers w/o ants. Or an adult employee to return a call, when their is a fail. I blocked them after he called me 4 times within 3 minutes. Then the clerk TEXTED me from his personal phone in a gaslighting text. Just over the top ignorance abounds at Eric's Flower Market or Eric's Market Flowers, as they use both monikers.
Terrible service. I order a couple plants $200 delivered and they were delivered to the wrong house because I did not know about the unit B needed for the address. The mistaken recipients stole the plants and this florist refused to make it right. I bought house warming plants for strangers. The florist did not call my daughter after delivery until I called 3 days later. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I should have read previous reviews. Response: What free flowers? She didn’t get the delivery! Me being disgruntled doesn’t erase your terrible service.

I needed birthday flowers for a client and came across Eric's Flower Market. When I arrived, they were loading these absolutely stunning flowers into a car for delivery to a wedding. The arrangements were seriously the most beautiful I had ever seen. BREATHTAKING! I came into the shop in a hurry looking for a quick solution, but not compromising the quality since this arrangement was very important for me. Eric came through with a beautiful vase, fresh flowers, and perfect fit for my budget. I was in love with the way they looked, the customer service was top notch, and I was very pleased with what I received. Above and beyond customer service! I fell in love with the place and will definitely come back for future visits. AND my client adored the flowers!
