This was our worst customer experience looking for guidance on egress windows to order. It seemed we were taking up the sales persons' valuable time and rushed out the door which resulted in a quote that did not meet egress window requirements. Besides the fact we never recieved that phone call nor email with the additional package quote yet 2 weeks later. I cannot say if this is what to always expect, if he was having a bad day, or he is just that impersonal, but this was our experience.

The customer service is beyond compare . They go through great lengths whether you need 1 board or 100 . Very knowledgeable about a variety of products and hands down the best !  I highly recommend them !!
