The new management is great to work with. They are always willing to listen to what you have to say. They are working on turning the Park around.

Great people ,very quiet and comfortable living! Beautiful view of the sunset only if the train that's been there since November 2022 would move....

Roads and trailers in serious need of repair. A lot of empty trailers

While family lives there the road up keep is abysmal you can tell the owner is a slum lord.... collects moneys and nothing else. I highly  recommend  looking elsewhere for a place to live.  I've seen some really nice trailer home parks and kept up well effort put in and this place barely had the grass mowed or the sign seen. At night its like pulling up to a place that you are unsure if one you missed it or two your in the movie wrong turn.  Place is a wee bit trashy.

Nice little park with older homes ... could use a bit more TLC on the roads within the park.

The place is run down. Driving through holes. Trailers look awful
