I have been calling three days in a row to get an appointment and they keep directing me to a nurse instead of giving me an appointment when the nurses do not answer or even bother to give a call back. I have repeatedly told the the staff how they will not return my calls or even answer and how I spend more than an hour on hold and they still direct me to the nurse center . This is the third day it’s unbelievable because when you step inside their facility there is Atleast one free nurse that’s able to take a phone call .

I just have to express how Ana Rameriz Is such an amazing medical assistant I have to say their is no other words to express it she is very patient especially when it came to my daughter being scared she was able to talk to her and calm her down were my daughter was super calm and comfortable So thanks so much Ana, you rock!! I just really want you guys to acknowledge that she is a great medical assistant and is a great asset in your team. Keep up the good work Ana

Been coming here forever but the lack of respect and consideration these people that be answering the phone is mind blowing they treat you with no respect and they transfer you to so many different departments just to get of the phone with you! You can be in pain and there’s been times were I have to wait almost an hour to answer it’s ridiculous, Erie you have to get new people that are friendly and actually care about people not the ones you have answering the phone like if we are animals !!!!!

This is BY FAR THE WORST CLINIC EVER ! They are very  inconsistent. Make you wait weeks for a appointment just to get the appointment and they CANCEL day of and don’t even reschedule you with another doctor . You could never get through to them on the phone to even make a appointment you have to make it while at the clinic which is ridiculous! The staff don’t comprehend well , they have social workers who call to coordinate with you but never let the doctor know anything because they are working from home . If you are planning to go here don’t save yourself the headache.

The clinic and Doctors here are great whoever, getting there is a different thing. You call and they take you to an extensive phone tree to only wind up with the call center. They ask questions then put you on hold while they the call center person contacts the clinic to only say, someone from the clinic will call you back. 5 days late and still no call back. We fill our prescriptions at Walgreens and when the prescription refills have to be approved, Walgreens say they can’t refill them because Erie hasn’t returned their call or answer the phone. Walgreens say they have been having this problem with Erie clinic. Because of this my father goes weeks without his meds. When you call to fix this problem you go to the voicemail with no call back. We will be leaving this clinic. Thank God his meds are for a life threatening illness. This could possibly be a lawsuit in the working’s now I’ll wait for a generic apology from them on this review and nothing will be done.

Waste of my time getting my daughter vaccinated here if they weren’t going to follow the rules at this location, because now my daughters school won’t take her card and I can’t bring her back to school.  They scheduled the vaccines two weeks apart and I asked are you sure it isn’t supposed to be two weeks and the person seemed to get as that I questioned them and said because my child is 11 that it doesn’t have to be 3 weeks out and now it turns out they messed up at this location in West town.  I can’t go over there because there’s so parking

Clean and friendly facility! But the part they lack in is that calls! It’s very frustrating when you need to be cleared for surgery and they miss a lab that was due or when you call to speak with a provider, it can take them 24hours to call you back; Or also when you’re waiting for a doctors note 4 hours past the deadline that was given to you! Providers need to have better management time skills and do what is needed for each patient when they say they are going to do it. i shouldn’t have to call twice to remind them that a doctors note STILL needs to be sent to my coordinator for surgery!

Clinic on Superior is great for prenatal care and delivery. I would give prenatal care 4 to 5 stars. Dr. Datta is a wonderful physician, detailed, breaks down Info so you could understand and is patient. My toddler is seen there by Dr. Mendoza who is a great pediatrician and respectful of personal views FYI some other docs there are not. Very easy to work with. My only complaint is like some other reviews is shots and blood work for children. This clinic specializes in seeing babies/children yet the nurses not all but many are very abrasive in their handling. They have no child friendly distractions or tools. There are so many cool gadgets out there now and technology that can make it easier for children getting vaccines. Yet, they have nothing! Plus nurses who are just so rough or unpleasant when interacting w children and parents.

Love you Erie, can you take a look and see if billing looks at messages at MyChart, I’ve sent several and they have not been looked at.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while now. I came here for my whole pregnancy & for my kids doctors appointments. This time however was horrible. I had a 1215 appointment though they gave me heads up the doctor liked to take her time with patients this was ridiculous. It was already 2 and i still had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen! I scheduled a early appointment because i work at 4pm and still drive 45mins to the clinic. Was a waste of time! The doctor really needs to manage her time better!!
