My family and I have had the utmost pleasure of having Melanie take care of us with our vacation planning over the course of several years. We have recommended her to all our friends and family because she is truly a hidden gem and goes above and beyond. We just recently came back from our first family vacation with an infant and I have been so ridden with anxiety and Melanie truly has been a godsend. She was calm, kind, professional and always thorough. She always is keeping an eye on the best deals and ensures that our must haves are met. We are already planning our next vacation with her! In the past I have often booked directly with Sunwing or the airlines, but do to all the issues with travel these days I thought I should work with a middle man. My experience in booking with them has been excellent. Susan was my rep and she always answered all my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I also, really like their web-site. It is easy and fast to maneuver and has in depth descriptions of the resorts and their offerings. I would definitely use Escapes again.

Shelley was extremely helpful. She responded very quick to my questions. I will continue to trust Shelley with my future travel plans.

I just returned from a trip to Jamaica and had the best experience with the Escapes.ca travel expert Shelley Elkas. From the initial recommendation of the resort we visited to the outstanding service from Shelley, this was most definitely the best vacation I've ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Shelley at Escapes for planning our destination wedding. Shelley did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding from start to finish. Shelley was knowledgeable and insightful. She worked with our budget and went above and beyond with finding the best option for what we wanted. She was patient, kind, and quickly responsive with us and all of our guests which made the experience of planning a wedding a lot less painful. If you are looking at booking your next destination or planning a destination wedding look no further!

We worked with Susan to book a fabulous family vacation. We truly appreciated her details of all the possible resorts we were interested in. It was because of her expert knowledge of these resorts that we were able to find the perfect one. I was able to describe our interests, what our teenage boys were interested in and she was able to figure it all out for us. We look forward to booking our next vacation with her again as it was a stress free process.

I was trying to book a trip online and wanted connecting rooms so I decided to call directly. I was dealing with Manju who was incredible from start to finish. The booking was done and all details were noted without me even having to ask. Manju followed up with me for our seat selection and made sure we were happy. We travel several times a year 4-5 atleast and this has been my best experience to date. I will always reach out to Manju for our next vacation in October and we are looking forward to our vacation in 2 days. I highly recommend Escapes for your travel booking.

The customer service is great! The website is perfectly designed and tailored for vacation packages. I have purchased four different packages from them in the last 6 years and I am more than happy with their service. Keep up the good work.
