The place requires a lot of cleanliness, it does not have the games updated, just as it is supposed to pay to have a good set up and it was not like that, besides the manager was not friendly
This Place isn’t very new customer friendly, they understand very little English. Even trying to ask them basic questions they gave confusing answers, all the key boards were filthy there was dirt and hair in between the Keys! and They have these weird yellow fluorescent lights that are very awkward and distracting. Not ambient LED lights that 95% of normal gaming cafes have. The program that they use to manage there system is Absolutely terrible! You can tell it must be 10 years old! They have Logitech mouses but they don’t even have G hub downloaded?? I had to Download it to change my DPI, which they have no idea what DPI is? They used are full personal names for our user name and our Birthday for our password, instead of just letting us set up custom names and password from the beginning. Extremely popular Free to play games like Genshin impact and Apex aren’t even updated, after it took me and my GF like 20-30 minutes to finally set up our PCs to our liking, we were both met with hour long updates to the games that we came there to play. Which is when we left! Games that every other gaming cafe that I’ve been to, have available and ready to play. I tried to get them to work with me, but the language barrier, and the fact that it didn’t seam like they cared to help us have a good experience as obvious first time customers. This place has a lot of potential, If they upgraded to a better system, because there’s is very outdated. And cleaned and updated there interior, and hired at least 1 person that had a decent understanding of English, it could thrive as a gaming cafe.. but honestly they don’t seam like they care about there business very much. Place was practically empty on a Saturday night, and now I know why! They need to go over to netfragz and take some notes! The only thing I liked about this place was the monitors and the music volume.. I guarantee most of there 5 star reviews were bots or bought with customer incentives! I hope they see this, and translates it, and take it to heart. And get off there bums and give there business the TLC it deserves! Waste of 20$!
First time going here. First off, their tournament had no good organization to it. No brackets based on player account skill or prelims or anything. It was all single elimination with most players being Platinum or Diamond when we were Silver and Bronze, so we were the punching bags who had zero fun. Had they said in advertisements that Diamond was the skill cap, we would've never bothered. Then, there was the noisy people screaming not just talking loudly, but SCREAMING in your face because the computers are in rows, monitor up against monitor, and not all computers there are reserved for tournament play while you're trying to participate in a tournament. On top of that, someone on the enemy team had a game crash and the organizers were telling us to pause-- even though we literally CAN'T, THEY should be pausing-- and we wouldn't have even KNOWN to " UNpause " if we didn't have good wards up to see them in our jungle farming!! Then, today, I get a text message from one of them asking to use pictures they took of us for promotion. I told them no and gave them feedback about all of this-- the guy responded very rudely to me. I am attaching said pictures of the conversation here and will share it with the world. Treating a customer well should always a top priority in a business, but apparently not for this business. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this place for tournaments and gaming in general. Very unorganized and not worth the time. Play in an online tournament instead for RP or skins or whatever.

I’ve never been to a place like this before and visited on a whim. Overall it was a nice Experience. Computers ran great no lag or internet issues. Headset was nice but I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the damn thing, user error. Chairs were nice, comfortable, and adjustable . They have the latest games and most popular ones ready to go. Only thing that was a bit annoying is the space between the monitor and yourself. You really have to scoot back in the chair and push the monitor away from you so you don’t feel like your inside it. Overall all, good place, dim lighting, comfortable, not super loud, and good pricing. Would recommend to a friend.
This place is very nice. Very good environment and the computers are incredibly good with crystal clear monitor. I absolutely love it and go every week. Staffs are friendly as well. Never had any problems with internet either. Definitely recommend to anybody to this place.
I've been coming here forever now, my girlfriend and i spend hours on end playing PUBG here and the staff is always great. Great gaming computers at great prices, what else can I say? I just wish i'd still get those free extra hours for bringing in new customers lol
I went in as a group. The one staff at the counter was sick and coughing on our IDs, she only told us about 2 out of 4 paying options when we told her it was our first time. Single bathroom, there is a snack area but we didn't check the price of the products, and do expect a lot of people talking loud enough where the headphones won't help unless you blast them. This was my first time going to a gaming place like this, but I also didn't know that you can only play the games you already bought. Don't expect to play some games you never played before via Steam.
Nice place, very comfortable even during the crazy hot weather. Gears are way better than my expectedi have been to other lan center. Very clean and neat. Highly Recommended!
Best internet place in Los Angeles. you will be amazed by this place. Had my friends joined their tournament and very fun experiments. Just some shity team joined a 250 lb fat lady and keep complaint about "unfair team match up" to the owner during the tournament which is absolutely non-sense.
