Today was my third visit to this pharmacy and every time I wonder how it can be so unprofessionally run considering it is part of a health system. Today my husband's prescription was sent in between 10-11. I stopped in at 1:10 to pick it up so we would be all ready to go home after my husband's procedure. After waiting in line with one register open, I was told it would be about 25 minutes. I tried to go back to St. Mary's but the door was locked and an employee told me that I would have to go down to the emergency entrance to get in. Meanwhile, my husband texted me that he was done with his procedure and asked where I was. We went back to the pharmacy and had to wait until almost 2:30 before that prescription was finally done. This is absolutely ridiculous! There was line of people and people were told that they could sit down and wait yet there are only three chairs in there. I have had to wait every time that I have used this pharmacy and will not be using it again. How can a health care system think it is ok to run a pharmacy in such a way that too many people are crowded into a small area? This isn't fair to people who are they while being ill, with sick children, with compromised immune systems, trying to avoid Covid exposure, etc. Very, very poor service here...

I visited the 3rd street Essentia pharmacy this last weekend. Our little guy was really sick and prescribed an antibiotic. I went to the pharmacy after our Urgent Care visit. I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy before. During this visit I waited 2 hours for an antibiotic, had to get back in line just to find out if the pharmacy received the script because there was no communication from the cashier, I could hear several employees in the back and there was only 1 person at the cash register, the cashier was reccomending an otc to a patient which is not legal, several other patients were frustrated in line as well about meds not being ready, my sons script was not ran under insurance, I was not offered counseling from a pharmacist on a new med, and the pharmacy overall was dirty. I have been a CPhT for 20 years and was blown away about the entire encounter with the pharmacy. I will not be going back.

They screw up orders often, but they're better than Walgreens

Very well fun. COVID and health procedures are well thought out and effective, can get in and out quickly. Pharmacy team is super friendly and knowledgeable!

Medications are never ready, long line, long wait and staff always seem somewhat confused. Most staff have shown much kindness and respect.

Always good, friendly service and if your meds aren't ready they are very quick about filling them while you wait.

Could not fill my prescription. Come back tommorow really?
