Your customer service is horrible. Trying to get medical records transferred to another clinic and I had to call 6 times this time for 2 items. Last time, I filled out forms twice and they never got the requested information. I know and understand how the medical systems work. I can only imagine how frustrated someone who doesn't know would feel. Then to have one of your reps get snotty? This is horrible. We still don't have the requested information!  Shame on you Essentia, for treating people this way!

I am grateful for Essentia.  They are the only clinic with lots of actual medical doctors and not nurse practitioners.  Nothing against NP but I like to have a medical doctor to treat me and my family.  They have an array of specialty medical professionals that come here to our small community.

The staff is efficient and professional. Very good cleanliness. Scheduling and communicating via MyChart is a godsend. Good discounts for self insured folks. Michelle Lambert is an excellent practitioner.

Shouldn’t have to wait this long to get ahold of someone to make an appointment

Wonderful staff, clean, well run EXCEPT for trying to make an appt on the phone. I have waited over 20 minutes after pressing 1 for someone to call back  when  available. THEN, another 35 minutes just  waiting normally, for someone to pick up. This is VERY frustrating. Are they THAT short on staff???
