I have been seeing Dr. Hayes for many years now. Had an appointment today 6/7 at 3:00pm. Driving from the other side of town from work and walked in 7 minutes late. I was i formed that i could not be seen as Dr. Hayes has a 5 minute window only for being late. Once before I called when I thought I may be late and was advised she had a 15 minute window. Guess the time window changes depending on the mood of the office. This policy is NOT posted anywhere either in the office or in the waiting room and you are not given any grace. Now my appointment is in September. Very
Dr. Hayes is a wonderful and personable doctor! Im grateful to have found a doctor whose personality isnt flat and actually cares about their patients.
Dr. Hayes is a wonderful endocrinologist. I have been seeing her for a little over a year now and I hope that my insurance company will always have her as a provider. She takes the time to really listen to her patients. She is not judgmental but rather, she uses humor and a positive attitude to motivate and encourage. Unlike some physicians, she prefers to offer alternatives and educates patients before placing them on “maintenance” meds. She gives patients a chance to improve and redeem themselves, and I really like that about her. Her excellent bedside manner motivates me to do better each time. She’s the best!
Dr Hayes is tentative, patient, knowledgeable, explains everything she does and makes you feel like you're in charge of your own health. Her prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful and nice. So happy I decided to choose her. I am uninsured and it's totally doable paying out of my own pocket. Strongly recommend!
Dr. Hays was incredible. I went in discouraged & apprehensive. She asked the exact right questions & listened intently. She was very knowledgeable about my symptoms, upbeat & positive. Her dietician was patient & gave me lots of pertinent information. I went away feeling positive & capable.
I started seeing Dr. Hayes in March 2019 after finding nodules on my thyroid & some bad bloodwork. I had a list longer than my arm of issues I was experiencing & she listened then started working on getting my health in line. I feel so much better now & am thankful she was referred to me by a friend. If only all doctors were as wonderful as she is!
