I feel as if I need to share my story of how I got to where I am right now. I guess it all started about five years ago when I felt like I wanted to start living a healthy, natural lifestyle. The beginning of the journey began when I started making handmade soap after my youngest graduated from high school and went on to college. I had stayed at home and raised all three of my kids. I thought the soap making would take the place of taking care of them. So we started Sudsy & Co. Little did I know the minute youngest walked out that door to college that I would find myself at the lowest point I had ever been. When he left for college I felt like I had no identity. Who was I and what was I supposed to do now? The soap kept me busy but it did not help my anxious feelings. "Did I stay home all these years to just come to this point, no career, no one to take care of.....did I make the right decision to stay home all those years?" From there I seemed to spiral deeper and deeper into a state where I felt like I was on the outside looking in, totally disconnected from myself. Anxious feelings began to take over everything, it was terrible. I withdrew from any social gatherings, always looking for an excuse not to go....just feeling like why bother?? I did not want to be here anymore.
About 9 months ago I was having terrible allergy symptoms. I did not take over the counter medication because of the side effects. A friend of mine had been posting a lot of things about essential oils and all the things they helped support. I thought....".why not, what can it hurt, they are all natural, right?" So I got a small beginners trio with Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint. Long story short.....it worked! So then.....the researcher in me took off. I could not get enough information on essential oils. It was all I could think about and the testimonies I was seeing excited me even more! I kept coming across testimonies on doTERRA's Long Life Vitality Vitamins. I didn't give them much thought because I was on a really good high quality, whole food vitamin regimen. I gave in though when my vitamins ran out. I began taking the LLV vitamins and within a week I literally felt like a different person. I felt like I had stepped back into life again. My world went from black and white.....to color. I was back in this thing called life again!! A lot of things we have been doing and places we go seem like I'm experiencing them for the first time.....I was living in a grey world that had no color to me.
