Five Stars because of the outstanding massage therapist, otherwise I would be at a 4 star. Read full review to understand why... The massage with Alexis is amazing--she is super pleasant from the moment you walk into her room, she is cautious with the draping not to make a person feel uncomfortable, and her massage techniques are incredible. A++ service. The price is excellent, but don't expect a full hour massage. It says an hour but it includes undress and redress time, so more like 45 minutes for the $55 relaxation massage. Not a problem for me with the price, but I wish it was more transparent in the advertising. Also, I could hear talking outside of my room and road noise, so the spa music wasn't loud enough to fully relax with all the outside noise. The spa itself, well this is where you know why it is a $55 massage price, it doesn't feel like a luxurious spa by any means. The entrance is chaotic with only one receptionist, an over filled waiting area so I had no seat to sit, multiple people trying to check out and some making appointments, and then therapists walking by multiple times to get customers. Just a poor design. It doesn't feel luxurious at all when you walk in. I would say this is a more bare bones spa, but not bad. If you are expecting luxury as they advertise "affordable luxury" it might throw you off. It feels more like a 1990's doctor's office and less like a tranquil spa. The receptionist was very nice but she seemed overworked. Anyways, it is is all about expectations, I would go back again for Alexis, but I now know not to expect it to be luxurious by any means.

Michael’s facials are amazing!! I fell asleep and woke up glowing! I also love Matt for massages. Such a nice guy and gives a great deep tissue, adjusting pressure as needed very intuitively.

I usually have Andy do my massages which he is the best but he is not there anymore. So I randomly picked Lisa and guess what Andy left me an Angel. She is great. Go book lisa and thank me later. Been going to this place for 10 years. Price, staff and services are top #1

My first time at Essentials was very positive. I had a pedicure and eyebrow tint. Jenna did a great job and the prices for services is very reasonable. I will definitely come back for facials and massage based on my pleasant experience.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Katelyn W and it was the best in yrs if not ever. She was very professional and her touch and firmness were consistent throughout. I’m very happy with the service I received. I will be back. Thanks Katelyn W

My skin NEEDED this! I’ve been struggling with acne for years so I booked an acne facial with Katrina. She took her time, answered questions about all of my concerns, and did an amazing job. My face feels hydrated and I look very glowy!! Definitely will be coming back to see her in a couple of weeks!

Called for the first time very unprofessional and not polite. I called to ask the pricing for a couples massage in the lady told me it'd be $5 more. Now keep in mind I told her this is my first time calling to find out the pricing. Don't recommend need customer service training

I have been stressed for the past year because my mom had a stroke and had to move in. My husband got me a gift certificate and I finally used it. OMG I needed that and Matt was awesome! I did an hour relaxation massage but I will definitely be back for a longer massage!

Wonderful experience. Matt: excellent massage therapist. Chose the therapeutic massage. Definitely will continue. Also chose foot detox, definitely enjoyed that experience as well
