Dump no heat the smells inside the room was like cabbage. They came in the room while I was in the shower 35minutes before check out time. No one understands English language it was a real dump do not stay there.
I made a wrong turn, pulled in and was attempting to turn around when I was literally swarmed with police BLOCKING my car in … I guess the thought I was rushing away AND they got a call there for a domestic violence fight involving a gun… the police were great …THAT place VERY sketchy!
DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. 5/17/2022, My wife charged one night at this hotel for a 1/2 marathon she is running next weekend. She made the first and only charge on a new credit card she received days before. She booked the room and the next day we received a fraud alert from the credit card company that traced back to the hotel. While the wife was talking to the Credit Card Fraud Team new charges were coming in as the were discussing the fraud alert we got. After canceling the card over the phone the total fraud charges came to well over $800.00. What the hell is wrong with people. Quit stealing from hard working people. If I lived close enough to this hotel I would definitely pay them a visit.
It's dated but it's comfortable the owners are wonderful hard working people that are very accommodating. Also the shower is HUGE!! Love it
This was one of the worse places we stayed in. The air did not work, he only had 25 channels and those channels would not come in all the way. I was charged way over what the room was worth. Never again!!!

I called to request early check in and was told to cancel my reservation. Not that THEY were cancelling, but that I was cancelling because their AC was broken. I was shocked by what she was saying so I said, "what if I hadn't called for an early check in? Were you just going to let me show up to my reservation then tell me I couldn't stay?" Then she repeats, "No, YOU are cancelling your reservation because we don't have AC." I repeat my question and she asks, "what you are getting at?" I said never mind and goodbye, cancelled online. I willing to get over some of the reviews in favor of it being the only place to stay under 4 miles to the reason I am traveling to Denver. BUT um. wth? Who tells guests that the guest is going to cancel and who doesn't call guests in advance? Whatever, folks.
Leaking toilet, no AC, cigarette burns on the sink and a wall, dated bed sheets, old smell. The owners could barely speak English and didn’t give me a refund when I left soon after walking back inside to see the floor covered in toilet water. DON’T RECOMMEND!Rooms: 2/5
Please Read. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I had seen reviews about how it had bedbugs and not paid any attention because as I said I had stayed there before with no problems. However the last time I stayed which was around mid-December I was in the room for no more than an hour or two when I felt a very noticable bite an began itching furiously. Sure enough I looked behind the bed and found 6 or 7 bedbugs very easily ranging in sizes so it's safe to assume they had been there awhile. I immediately went downstairs to check out and asked for a refund and the man at the desk said he couldn't until thier pest control guy came to verify that there were in fact bedbugs there. I scoffed at this since I was able to find plenty within 30 sec of actually looking an I had never "looked for bed bugs" before I thought a professional easily would. I called the next day an the desk clerk said that the pest control couldn't come that day an they would have to come the next an the same thing happened for about three days when finally the front desk tried to say they didn't find any?! So I made them give me this exterminators phone number an no surprise he hadn't even been out there. Which is disgusting an no doubt they continued renting that room to unsuspecting people. After about two weeks an having to resort to threats of a lawsuit they finally refunded me my money an claimed that they would handle the problem in that room. I'm sure they just ignored it though as most people aren't as persistent as me to get my money back an try to make sure they actually get rid of those to not contaminate the other guests. I know I should have just listened to all the other guests who said there were bedbugs but I mean it when I say, you may get a clean room but do you really want to chance getting one infested with bedbugs an having to risk taking something home with you? Surely not worth it. There are plenty of hotels that are just as affordable if not more affordable and are clean an free of bedbugs nearby. The Extended Stay off Sheridan and Wadsworth I believe always has vacancies and is reasonably priced.
Rooms were ok but shower not clean n sheets on beds had stains air did not work. Nice office people. I sent an email see if or what they do. Probaly won't stay here again . 1st time.Rooms: 1/5
