These folks are really awesome. The nice lady in the office I'm so bad with names... is very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient with her work. The security code keypads at the entrances to the buildings provide a real sense of safety. The layout of the units and the complimentary carts provided make it surprisingly easy to get even large items in and out, even when the units are toward the back of the building. Totally reasonable rates for climate-controlled storage, too. Grateful to have found them!

I have rented here for many years. The access is easy, the building is well lighted, and conditioned. The manager is accessible and helpful. Location central to all of Essex County.

I met the owner recently, he's a super nice guy! I recommend ESSS to anyone in Essex County that needs storage space
