I'm sure you've heard folks say... "My Grandmother is the best cook in the world!"
Well here at Estelle's Soul Kitchen we don't disagree with you, we just simply hand you a slice of our Grandmothers "Just Like It Cake" and let your taste buds be the judge. (Don't worry, we wont tell your Grandma) And it doesn't stop at the cake.
As children we spent hours inside our Grandmothers Kitchen watching, tasting, & "Mmmm..mmm.mmmm'ing!" Enjoying recipe's passed down from generation to generation. Like mouth watering Hot Water Corn Bread, gooey Yes Ma'am Candied Yams, Flawless Fried Chicken, Greens, Ox Tail with Black Eyed Peas, & of course Cornbread kissed Mac N Cheese. (okay..okay..I'll stop!) So to make a Long but yummy story short....We're bringing our Grandma's Kitchen to you.
