I’ve been a loyal client here for 3 years and I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get a dental cleaning. I didn’t get a text or call as a reminder so the morning of I was calling to check my appointment time and the receptionist was avoiding my call because I called from two phones that have my name as a caller ID and the minute I called from my husbands phone who’s on his own plan they pick the phone up. They stated that because I didn’t confirm my appointment that they put me to the side. How was I supposed to confirm my appointment when no one called or texted to confirm. I’m a mother of four and I need those little reminders from time to time since I have my hands full. I’ve referred my whole family there even sent my mother and some uncles there and now they will be losing my business and my family’s business. Please do better and have better customer service.
Everyone I have met and interacted with at Esthetix Dental Spa has been wonderful. They have great energy and I can tell that Dr. Philomin cares about his patients and his staff. It's not everyday that you meet people who enjoy coming to work, but it's evident that the staff here love what they do and where they work. Dr. Philomin truly changes lives with amazing dentistry. Would recommend to my friends and family in a heartbeat. 10/10!
I have been coming here for almost 2 years now I believe & every single appointment was always a positive experience; Very experienced & respectful staff! I wish I could remember the names of all of the hygienists I've been cleaned by but all of them were always efficient and kind! Thank you Esthetix
The staff was kind and very thorough in their explanation of my dental health. Jasmine cleaned my teeth, and gave me homework for further prevention. Both ladies at the desk were helpful with appointments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for new patients.
Best place I know to get treatment for your teeth! Everyone in the office is very kind and caring. Dr Philomin and Dr Divya are true professionals! Today I got cleaning, Glennys was very gentle, she explained how to take care of my teeth at home to prevent problems.
Great customer service. I when to this place for an inquiry about my teeth and a young lady help me a lot. She was very helpful and had a lot of patience with me. She makes the appointment process very smooth.
The dentist are thorough with their procedures. They are professional and are capable of giving a teeth cleaning on top of my examination upon my first visit. Would recommend to those near the area.

Esthetix Dental Spa cares for patients needs tremondously. They are always kinds and greet you with a wonderful smile. I definitely recommend this place.
