Esthetician- De'Actra Signature Beauty Suite

I have always been one to love getting my brows waxed. But for whatever reasons I cannot say I have always been pleased with my results. Because of this I have been a tough customer to please! De'Actra has delivered "Excellent Service" and her Passion for Professionalism and Continued Knowledge in her field as an overall Esthetician has paid off and shows at every visit. Because of my experience with De'Actra I feel comfortable receiving any wax service as long as she is the one who performs it! De'Actra has a Great Attitude! I always enjoy coming back! I love her all natural handmade body scrubs! De'Actra is also my Lash Tech & I Love My Lashes! Thank you De'Actra!!!

De'Actra is absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was so relaxing and her services are VERY professional!!! She makes me feel so comfortable! Her Scrubs and Souffles smell delicious enough to eat, and are highly effective skin care products! I will be returning!!!

I purchased a package of three waxes.. used one and had my seccond wax scheduled 11/17 for 1pm. Showed up a half hour early and the doors were locked. I called multiple times and text her number as well with zero responses. I then got let in the building where her studio was only to discover the salon is no longer there. I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment was set and she was still a no show. Even tho she has a strict no show policy on her customers I reached out again by phone, I emailed her and I went to the Facebook business page and sent a message. It was opened and ignored. Zero response. As a business this is unacceptable and you should be doing everything in your power to fix and correct your mistake. Not ignore my messages.
