Fresh baked goods are just out of this world - well, not quite if you've been to Europe but boy are the croissants and other pastries great. Check out the BEST Del Ray smoohie that packs a 30 gram protein punch that you can Amp up to 38 grams by substituting milk for the juice. Vegetarian options: The staff are young and intelligent people who go out of their way to accommodate you as best as they can. Kid-friendliness: Clean with bathrooms close by. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access but not from sidewalk. Dietary restrictions: They're very accommodating.
We had breakfast here with my friends before a spa day and the boy working as a cashier was completely rude and making fun of us. While talking and decided what we going to order he interrupted yelling “talk one at the time” we were not even ordering yet and when trying to pay he was rolling his eyes at us and laughing with the other girl that was preparing the coffees. The only kind person at this cafe is a latina lady that tried to give us the best service she could, while these 2 young adults were busy mistreating clients. If you have to make some time before your reservation’s just go anywhere else!
Total rip off! I’ve gone to this cafe for years, but recently they had price increases. I ordered oat milk latte… it cost $3 to add one pump of a flavor. They also did not ask me what size I wanted and charged me for a large anyways. It barely tasted like coffee… just like milk. They also charge a 15% gratuity on all transactions, which is in fine print on their price list. They then ask for additional4 gratuitywhen you pay. When I asked why the total was so high, the cashier mentioned nothing about the added gratuity or cost of flavor pump. She then watched me add additional gratuity knowing I didn’t see the fine print. I buy coffee out often and know it’s not cheap, but $14 for a mediocre iced latte is ridiculous. Guess I’ll be sticking to Starbucks!
Used to be my favorite coffee shop!! Cute area to work from in the morning and the friendliest workers. Unfortunately they recently quit serving Counter Culture coffee and raised the prices.Food: 5/5
The young man that works here it’s super rude, mistreated the clients and make fun of them with another staff members. I was seating on a table for an hour during Sunday morning and he was terrible with the ppl… mostly women
Customer service was lacking big time. The first people at the counter were nice. The individuals who pour my coffee were terrible. First didn’t even call ask how much cream I may have wanted in my coffee. Didn’t ask if I wanted sugar. When I asked for sugar packets it was just a quick “which one” without ever looking at me. The coffee itself was pathetic for what I paid for and to have such non existent customer service just made it worse.
This place serves Illy coffee. It is a medium roast with a sweet, mellow flavor. The coffee is ground as fresh as possible from airtight containers. There is only one choice for roasts, but you will not be disappointed upon tasting it. The espresso takes on a more robust, darker tone on the palate. For a darker tone to your coffee, add a shot of espresso to it. You will love it. The food here is actually delicious and worth the money, and know that the sandwich artists act as quickly as they can to have the food on your table as soon as possible during lunch time. Pastries are either baked everyday at the Seagate Hotel kitchen, or delivered from local bakeries fresh, daily. While the breakfast sandwiches do use precooked eggs, they are made fresh to order, with bacon cooked on the grill and sandwiches grilled to perfection. There is ample seating both inside and outside the Cafe, with outside seating facing the beautiful Atlantic Avenue. Inside the Cafe, there is very low volume music playing, so it is not difficult to listen to your buddies if they are with you. There's a good chance you will have a nice time visiting this Cafe. Have fun!
Staff is friendly smoothie was delicious I actually purchased two because they are so good. Let me not forget about my muffin Cranberry Orange, made to hit your taste pilot.
Very clean, good food and great prices, I will return.Food: 5/5
Went down to Delray Beach to walk around and check out the sights and sounds, we wanted some good coffee and stumbled onto this place quite accidentally and I'm glad we did. I'm a coffee junky and take my Java seriously and this place makes great coffee, thing is you can easily walk past this place and not know it because from the street it just looks like a hotel gift shop, which btw it is in addition to the coffee shop part. So if your down in Delray and in need of a great cup of coffee or something to eat check this place out, and you can grab some souvenirs.
