We placed a custom order with the Puente Hills store back in January 2022 with our stylist Zairan Li She told us up front it would take 4 to six months, which seemed like a long time, however Zairan Li kept me posted on the status of each item as the order progressed. We can really see the quality and craftsmanship in the furniture. I know that this furniture will last for many years. Very pleased with Ethan Allen “the staff, service and quality” we excellent.

Jennifer kept me posted on the status of each item as the order progressed. Items were delivered as they came available. With each delivery the service was excellent “ three in total”, delivery guys were very professional. The items we received were well worth the wait, especially when compared to local national furniture stores. You can really see the quality and craftsmanship in the furniture. I loved that I was able to pick my style; color “stain” and details on each item. I know that this furniture will last for many years. Very pleased with Ethan Allen “the staff, service and quality” we excellent.
Great quality and service at the Puente Hills Ethan Allen store. Kimberly, our designer, was friendly, helpful and provided lots of great information. We were given a timeline at the outset for the building and delivery of our dining room table and the timeline was spot on. The delivery scheduler and the crew were all terrific! We love our new table!
I ordered a quick ship sofa with the help of the Industry store's Jennifer Fong. Sofa was delivered quickly faster than even expected, perfectly, plus Jennifer was super patient and helpful. The sofa is really super nice- well made, attention to detail, comfortable. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for- this will outlast me! I would definitely recommend the store, the brand and the product to anyone looking for a top quality sofa!
We purchased a headboard/bed frame from Ethan Allen and did have a delay in the shipment of the item to Ethan Allen. Although we were a bit displeased with the delay, the salesperson provided weekly updates to us on the status and also made an adjustment to our set up portion of the bill. The headboard was delivered and set up and we could not be more pleased. Again, we are very pleased with the service and the frequent updating of the status that we received. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Ethan Allen for any furniture purchase.

Ethan Allen is a first-class company. We worked with a talented interior designer who created pleasing and functional environments in our home. All the deliveries were on schedule and expertly placed throughout. We are extremely happy with the final outcome.
We had the pleasure of working with Kelly Chen. She knew our taste from the moment she stepped into our home. Everything she suggested fit perfectly both physically and aesthetically. We are absolutely thrilled with the service that Ethan Allen provides to their clientele. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her services in the future!!
