We are so happy we met Drew Weigandt when we were ready to create our new room , decided to refresh our TV room , getting rid of all the old stuff. Drew came to our home and really spent time getting to know what we like , how we live in this house , why this TV room was important to us and needed a big makeover . He came up with a perfect plan , using his design skills to properly balance sizes of furniture, lighting with unique details of our walls,ceiling, windows and balancing beautiful design with functional seating, matching our desire to keep tv watching the focus of this room . We are beyond thrilled , and want to give a big thanks to Drew .
Renee helped me put a new living room all together in just a couple hours. She listened, pulled fabrics, made suggestions and we have a beautiful end result. We have used Ethan Allen for all our furniture needs for years with great success. We’ve even passed our furniture on to friends when moving or our design tastes changed and it’s still all holding up in our friends homes. Renee worked with me on paint color suggestions and would have done much more had we been in the same town or state, but did all this work with a friend while on vacation! Our furniture came in 4 months which, given supply chain issues, was not bad at all. The delivery people were professional, arrived on time and set everything up perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with our new furniture and feel like we are in a brand new house.
Poor poor poor communication!! The designer measured wrong and things did not fit like the picture rendering!! Quality of furniture was good , except the TV console, as the seems do not go together seamlessly. I expected better from Ethan Allen , especially for the price . The designer said he was coming out to give me the last of my pillows, and to inspect everything.Only to get a email from the store manager, Rene of when are you coming to get your pillows, She said the designer had a change of plans!! Really . Once again no phone call of communication. Did not like that piece by piece things came in, and speciality pieces you only have so long to return. Without everything there you can’t see if it all goes together.
We worked with Marissa Teschner and had a very positive experience. We had been looking for some time for a pair of easy chairs and had strong preferences for fabric. She helped us find the right fabric which we now have on two extremely comfortable chairs. We are happy with the chairs and with Marissa's careful efficiency. Positive evaluation all the way.
Drew and the staff at Ethan Allen have been exceptional. I recently purchased a condo which needed a floor plan design. Drew gave us several options and presented them in a way that made it easy to visualized the space. We chose several pieces and the condo is coming together nicely. We also had an issue with the dining room table upon delivery and Ethan Allen Service Dept took care of it promptly. So thankful for their professionalism and expertise!
Marissa Tueschner was our designer we worked with at Ethan and Allen. She was wonderful helping us design our family room update! We were having trouble deciding exactly what we wanted and Marissa came up with a few different ideas, came to our home to help us better decide. After all that, we changed our mind and she was so patient and accommodating and wanted to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and design. Marissa is excellent to work with and I highly recommend her professional and quality designer. She kept us updated as different pieces if furniture arrived and gave us excellent service!
We’ve been working with Michele to completely furnish our great room and dining area. She first came to our house to take measurements and talk about our ideas and preferences. After she presented the design and we picked the furniture and fabrics she visited again with all samples so we could be sure all colors match the existing space. I very much liked that Michele was so patient with us. She worked on our design until late in the evening so we could see pictures of changes we made. After we placed our order Michele kept us up to date on the delivery dates for all pieces. Great customer service! Ethan Allen was actually able to improve on all delivery dates originally communicated to us. Delivery drivers are very professional and always on time. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to work on future projects with Michele.
We've used Ethan Allen's design services twice in the past few years for a master bedroom and a great room/kitchen eating area re-do, Drew Weigandt was wonderful to work with. Drew came to our home, listened to our vision for the spaces and then put together plans for our review. He was great to collaborate with and was responsive throughout the design to delivery stage and beyond. The delivery teams also did a good job - each team we encountered were respectful of our home, professional, friendly and on time. We are very pleased with the furniture and highly recommend Ethan Allen for quality service and products.
Working with Renee was a great experience. During these "social distancing" times we were able to collaborate virtually and safely. She had great ideas and suggestions. I asked a lot of questions, especially since we were working virtually, and she was patient and gave me her time. We have bought from Ethan Allen before and love the quality and durability of their products. The furniture we selected with Renee will be added to our other Ethan Allen furniture we purchased 20 years ago!
We worked with Renee to help design our new family and living room. Renee was 5/5 - she visited our house, evaluated the space and colors, and came up with multiple options based on our preferences. She was responsive to our requests and always promptly returned our emails and calls. Ethan Allen has a nice variety of options but it is not completely customizable, which is why I gave a 4/5 rather than 5/5. Some of their furniture feels too mass produced for the price. We chose the Retreat sectional, Turner swivel chair with ottoman, and Lynn storage ottoman. We love all of them! Renee helped us choose the perfect color and toddler-proof fabric to make an adult and kid friendly family room. We would highly recommend using the design services if you are interested in purchasing EA furniture!
