Jenny is awesome. A jewel in the city. Dont go to your typical furniture stores if you have not gone here first. Or if you have, go here last and ask her about the furniture you've seen at other places. She can usually get you a way cheaper price, and deliver next day. Walking into the store for some, may throw you off at first, but really take your time and look carefully. You may find something more than what you've planned, and at a way better deal
We came in to purchase a bed frame for our new home. Walked in and the women at the desk was eating and cared less to greet us. My husband and I walked around the store for about 10 minutes looking at the different bed frames and still NO greeting whatsoever. Finally while walking out the women at the desk stood up and did not even say thank you for coming in nor acknowledge us. We where ready to purchase and if available take home with us today. Not coming back do not recommend this place.
I purchased a sectional from this place about four and a half years ago. At the time I was told the sofa was genuine leather. I have come to find out that that was inaccurate. I'm having problems with the sofa now and when I purchased it I purchased a five-year warranty. The staff is now denying that I purchased a warranty. Very unethical business practices at this place. I advise you to avoid at all costs.
Ordered a couch in November. Was told it would be delivered the first week of December. As of January 24th, 2 of the 3 pieces have been delivered. When we call and ask about the biggest piece of the couch we keep being told it will be delivered soon. Most recently we were told call back in 10 days. This will be the only time we use this place for anything. Update. We called back on Sunday the 24th of January we were told they would call us back on the 25 with the status of our couch. It is now the 28th with no calls or updates. Woooooo

Worst experience ever!! And I didn't even buy anything!! I was driving by and one of the workers there was driving their delivery truck in the parking lot and started yelling some and cussing me out. I was horrified by his behavior that all I could do was cry. I'm NEVER shopping here. To clarify. I was passing through in front of the business to turn right to get to the back street behind the building. And he blocked me with his truck saying I wasn't allowed to pass and then proceeded to yell at me and cuss me out. To make matters worse the manager was on vacation and no one seemed to care that this employee needed to be fired!!!
I have purchased several items from this store. Excellent service, quality furniture and great prices. Thank you!
Horrible experience I bought three chairs from them and they Send me three different colors when I went to talk to them they were so mean using a lot of F words and scream at me worst place I ever been.
Had the exact love seat we were looking for at a reasonable price.
Wonderful Customer Service. The store was a little packed but I Loved Everything they had..
