Absolutely the WORST concept build for a design i have EVER had to put together! Whoever is responsible for the design of item # 5188 must be the CO'S special needs nephew or something. Such a simple design and yet so very flawed when it comes time to attach the actual table top. Not everyone ownes an 'L' shaped screwdriver, making it impossible to tighten down without stripping the screwheads. All 3 i purchased were the same so I know it wasn't just one that got machined wrong. And the "adjustable height" really? I guess they also expect everyone to have a leveler nearby everytime the height needs adjusting. PS nowhere on the 3 step instruction page does it even show item no.2 screws being used to attach the table. Seems perhaps it was at this point the builder realized his mistake in the design, but decided to sell all the pieces as is anyway. VERY LAME!
Very rude receptionist, will go elsewhere
Amazing Company, history of giving back to the community.
