I bought from freshco your product. whole beef shank. I cooked it it in pressure cooker. Turned the fire off 4 times. Had to put in the cooker again and again. Rubbery. It is clear to me that the meat will not get tender. It has curled and became unconsumable. First time and last. Very dissapointed!!
