Don’t don’t go to this salon!!!! This is a worse salon that I’ve been there on my life, I live on Oc and I planned to go to my friend wedding then I just looking for the salon that close to my hotel I found this terrible salon. the guy back the cashier was so mean, when me and my friend entered he just asked us to pay, for sure he knew his artists not really artists wanted to do the terrible on on my face, I showed her the pictures for my hair and face but she did what she wanted, when she finished me and my friend were very disappointed but because we didn’t have time to fix it and for sure she couldn’t do better job we just left and I didn’t pay tip because I wasn’t like my make up. After 1 hour just my eyes started itching and turned to red then the pain started, I didn’t enjoy the wedding and the next day I couldn’t open my eyes because it was swelling a lot, I was scared when I saw my self In the mirror, I was in the pain and I couldn’t go to the doctor because it was Sunday and just emergency room was open. Monday I went to my eye doctor and she told me the used unclean eye makeup product and brushes your eyes got infection, she gave me eye drops and cream and told me it’s better you stay at home for 2 days and also I paid 150$ for doctor and medicine. I was very sad, I just called to the salon and explained him what happened, he didn’t care I told him white doctor note I can sue your salon I trusted your salon you have to go by standard but he didn’t accept and told me do whatever that you want this has lots of meaning for me, he was very mean, irresponsible and rude. For sure I try to sue this salon and if I can I wanted they close it because they hurt his costumer. I just wanted to give warnings to the people that they are looking for the review before go to the salon if you like your health never go to this salon.

My place to go for haircuts Zoya and massages Kirk for the past 10 years. A true gem in Tarzana neighbourhood.
