Etz Chaim synagogue is located at the intersection of Congress and India Streets in Portland.
It has an Orthodox service on Saturday mornings at 9:30 A.M. and a Reform service on the second Friday night of the month at 7 P.M with a speaker of interest. Services also take place Mondays at 5 P.M.
Etz Chaim is also home to the Maine Jewish Museum. Museum Core Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00-2:00, other times by appointment or serendipity.
