I am a New Customer. I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in because it had a ticking noise. They done a diagnostic on it found out one of the lifters were bad…. They replaced all 12 lifters and rockers and done a oil change as well… Mr. Kurt and Mr. Trey were so nice and they have amazing customer service, they kept me updated throughout the week. I’m so glad I chose Euro Care with my Green Machine
This place is great they actually, listen to the customers concerns and did they best to meet me halfway on the price. I had an oil leak on my jag xf and they fix it the same day. Trey and his team have great customer service and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you guys.Service: Auto maintenance
The employees did a fast and speedy service replacing my brakes and rotor pads at a MUCH more reasonable price. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent work.Service: Tires
I am updating my review because I brought my wifes bmw here for an oil change and was given a fair price and great service however I still stand by my original review because I felt I was overcharged for my truck. My best advice is to get a solid price and make sure you get a quote before they start work. They go a good job. Original review: I have used this place a few times with good service however today felt my oil change was way over priced and total was double what was initially quoted AFTER the service was performed. I understand the oil used for my truck is more expensive however I was charged a great deal more than I should have and more than $50 more than dealer. Unfortunately I was not given an option to say yes or no to much higher price. I paid but I definitely will not bring my truck back here.
Great service car came back in great condition they let me know what I could hold off on and let me know what was more important as well. I will be bringing the vehicle back to get further repairs done thank you Kurt
Been with this shop for a year. Last oil change was done in April. Recently weather was extremely cold. Found out my car was leaking oil profusely. Given the distance between my house and the shop, I had no choice but to take my car to a nearby independent shop they are specialized in BMW vehicles. They showed me that the leak came from the oil cap, specifically the O-ring was not sealed correctly. It was an O-ring that was not properly replaced. From the pictures you can see oil was coming down all over my engine bay and the underbody. Upset but I paid for the repair. Spoke with the manager Kirk today had a few interactions with him in my past visits. Was a nice guy to see if the shop could honor their work warranty. Kirk flat out denied responsibilities claiming he never got to inspect the car himself and could not trust the work from another mechanic. The pictures speak for themselves. It is not difficult to fault the O-ring for the leak. The shop simply does not want to own the mistake. Kirk also calmly advised me that he doesn't mind losing a customer over this. Which he definitely will. The damage was directly related to the oil change job. If I were to claim something totally bogus and unrelated, you could have the argument that I'm playing the naggy customer type, but I'm not. I'm deeply disappointed. The shop is professional, but the management is not. From a customer vantage point, you have zero protection over shoddy mechanic work. The shop would simply protect their interest over yours. Thankfully for me, this turns out to not be a catastrophic damage, but if it were a major repair, you'd be looking at shelling out thousands of dollars out of your own pocket. Please carefully consider placing your trust in this shop.
This is an overpriced, incompetent shop. They claim they specialized in foreign cars, so I trusted them to fix my S430 that vibrates while driving, and also reprogram my key. They charged a total of $1,601.18. I drove out of their shop and realized my issues were not fixed. Now, they are asking for another $2,200 to replace another part. Customers, BEWARE. I lost my money and still have ALL the same issues. They apologized that their mechanic didn't test drive my car after the repairs. They did not even offer to credit me for the labor and just charge for another part. I will NEVER recommend them; please find you a mechanic who will warranty their own work.Services: Auto power window repair
2014 A6 had the water pump replaced, it went out less than a year later and was under warranty. Contacted them the original location that did the work had closed had to bring my car to Missouri City for the warrant work. It was so say done after them giving me a really hard time. Went to pick up car it had a water leak and was miss firings bad. They kept car another day and charged me $800 to fix this problem. Now it’s 3 month later engine light is on bad temp sensor. Looking to change it my self I have missing bolts, stripped bolt heads, broken pig tails. Car was not put back together correctly. Now I’m in the situation to find someone to correct the problem they created. I was told nothing can be done. Worst experience ever with a auto repair shop.Service: Engine repair
My wife and I was at the Mall and when we finished shopping and came out to the car it would not start. I didn't know what to do. As we continued to try to start the car, I remembered EuroCare. I called them to ask for assistance and the experience was the best I've ever had. They got my information, sent a technician to the location and followed me to their location. Once we arrived, the managers on duty were very accommodating. Even though it was close to closing they got my car fixed. Not once did they suggest I would have to leave my car and come back. I will forever be grateful for this level of service and commitment. It is this type of "Can Do" attitude that have converted me to a customer for life. Thank you EuroCare! Darrell TService: Battery
This place is very dishonest. Brought my car in to check on the AC. They didn't even check it and wanted to just charge $800 for adding some refregirant. I can by a can of R134a from Walmart for $10. I ate the $200 "diagonisis" fee to cut the loss at the point. I know they didn't even check it because I brought it to a different shop who found out that the condenser was leaking. Had I stayed Eurocare they probably would have charged me for the refregirant, and more later for more diagonisis and then replace the condenser. As I was leaving the shop one of the employee there was trying to push a customer to replace the spark plugs. "20% improvement in fuel econmocy..." he said. I will never be back.
