Worst experience ever, so called “owner” Sal was in charge of making all outfits for my best friend wedding. From this group of 9 my son was supposed to also get his outfit done which we paid in full several weeks in advance biggest mistake ever and about 2 weeks ago the bride went there since I live in jersey and this store is in CT 2 hrs away from me recommended by best man who lives there. Sal told the bride he wasn’t able to make my sons outfit so I went and purchased his outfit at Macy’s since he said He said couldn’t do it and now he’s refusing to give me my money back. Mind you none of the outfits are ready as of today and wedding is 18 days away. The poor professionalism from this individual is out of control. I contacted him to request the credit and he hanged up the phone on me saying “I’m too busy and store is packed I don’t have time for you” of course he charged my cc and thinks he will keep my money. Very disappointing experience and still dealing with it, one thing he can be sure is that I will get my money back.
Owner was attentive and personable! It was a one stop shop for us to pickup a hat, bow tie, ties and socks for all the men in our bridal party. Great prices and service. Would highly recommend!
I walked in to get measured for a suit and asked a gentleman who worked there and had a tape measure around his neck and was told no he doesn’t measure. Ummmm you sell suits and have a tape measure around your neck … why can’t you help me, isn’t that kind of your business. Poor customer service but wasn’t surprised to say the least. Go elsewhere.
There were nice clothing there but the lady said her boss had just gone home for the day and he woyld be back the week coming. But my point is she could help us. She read her book.
Awful looks like no one works here and I was about to spend at least 200 dollars but no sales person showed up and I was in there for 10 mins. Sad pathetic
